November 3, 201311 yr Author Red or blue is illegal even while sitting still. But me being a dealer of hyper lights, I sell them all the goodies for their personal vehicles and they don't mess with me lol!
November 3, 201311 yr guess they crack down on you up there then, down here on the coast they dont bother you if parked in a lot/on the beach with them on. besides that though, they look good as hell
