I have tried Bearshare, Shareaza, and Limewire and am having the same problem. Every couple of minutes these P2Ps are starting themselves up. I've gone to options...advanced options, every logical possibility has been eliminated. I have ran spybot and I am coming up with nothing. Has anyone else experienced any of this stuff?

    Uninstall them and re install them.

    Then click whatever options you need to remove them from starting up

    try using a program called Cabos (mac and PC compatible). Hasn't given me any problems on either OS yet and I've been running it for several months. Free program, Java based.
