Does anyone here listen to corridors? My uncle is wanting a system and we are trying to figure out what enclosure will work best. The equipment that will be used is a 10 inch kicker CVR (2010 model) and a jl audio 250 watt 2 channel amp.. lol ..

Would of be one of good size, since its on very low power?

(BTW: I would of never though you listened to corridos BigJon lol)

i live in central texas ...

 

and if you ported i would tel you to tune high 45 hz or so.. but IMO... sealed is your best bet.

Thanks a lot bro! We will build a sealed one then.. going ported can be a challenge choosing the right tuning.

 thats what i would do.. others may have a different opinion

I agree with him I had a ported box in my caddy tuned to 32 for 2 sa12s and it hit on rap but nothing on corridos yet a sealed box in my aviator sounded great on corridos

do you have an epicenter by any chance? and yeah I guess sealed wins this one!

Yes that is true. I think I'm just sticking to bigjons advice and go sealed. Don't really know what tuning will play well on Spanish music.
