Their new website auto-translates into english.  I use chrome and it works fine doing so.  Doesn't work with mobile phones at least not with default browser.

I did just try reloading on phone and there is selection to load english manually.  
I have Note 2.  hoping when Note 4 comes out, it's worth getting.

The rumored specs sound decent.. although they keep getting more and more dumbed down the closer to it's release, lol..
