a lot of decks have atleast high, med, low for the aux input. what issues are you having? 

hi i have seen high med low , just sounded a little weak of a solution, mp3 player using headphone jack , playing flac files  ...low volume

Alps blue velvet pots are more than adequate for a car audio if not home audio install.

Your question isn't understandable. Actually isn't even a question but a statement. Really hard to help you if you don't try just a little to actually define what you need help with.

In your second post you added this for a low level input. That is easy to deal with. Gain can come in ANY form you like. Controlling it is easiest in analog fashion. The ALPS pots are great for that.

it doesn't sound like his gain is set correctly to begin with, though he hasn't described what else is installed.
