Got new TV, one speaker crackles with any bass on it

The new TV has 2 built in speakers. One speaker makes a weird crackle sound with any bass. It sounds as it a plastic bead is being vibrated and the plastic bead is bouncing. Like that type of a crackle noise.

Main issue is that the left speaker makes the crackle noise and the right speaker sounds fine.

Im assuming i should just try to exchange the TV to fix the issue, since i just bought it? I could hookup external speakers, but I would still like the TV speakers to work and not have to worry about them.

Anything else i can do to check whats causing the issue or maybe i can fix it? but i dont think so, sadly :[
