i've got a .mov file editied for time, and i want to make it a .gif. how do i do that? mabye even put the text on it? i used the default hp kodiak image zone program on my computer to shorten it.

tell me what i need to do.

Obtain a copy of Jasc Animation Shop? It's the only thing I know of...

if u have photoshop, it comes with a program called image ready.

Basiclly u play the movie/pause/screen capture/play/screen capture/ ect

and u paste all of those into the image ready program, cut off the excess, set the timing of the gif save and ur done.
