I got a Western Digital 160gb External HD. I was just trying to figure out some ways to hook this thing up to my Pioneer DEH-P6900UB. If the Usb port on the back of the HU is powered, would it have enough power to handle the HD or would I need to get a Power Inverter and mount it in the glovebox to keep it from looking to tacky. I was wanting to Mount the actual HD itself on the floorboard under the HU because it has the LED power light. Anyway Whatcha think.

    1. The USB cannot power a 160GB drive

    2. The HU cannot read 160GB worth of information

    3. The HU can only read USB flash drives formatted in FAT32 or FAT16
