Posted July 8, 200718 yr i keep seeing these in the ad bar on this site and the price looks really goodhttp://fluance.com/fluan5speaks.html?gclid...CFQMngAodZzDx0Aeither thah or these:http://fluance.com/fluanhigthre.htmlmy living room would look nice with either one.i like having a set of full range towers instead of separate pieces
July 8, 200718 yr You want them for 2 channel or music/HT? Personally I'd go with the 5 piece set and buy or build a decent sub. Usually subs built in isn't the best set up as placement might not be ideal and you have little choice since they're in your mains. Speakers look good for the $$$. Have you read any reviews on them?

Have you read any reviews on them?well its mainly for my parents, and they arent looking for any hardcore surround sound or watever...its just i cant stand the stock tv's speakers. they are TERRIBLE! im looking for a 2.1 or 2.0 set for a little upgrade in sound. but after looking at all the reviews and such, it looks like they sound pretty good.http://reviews.cnet.com/surround-speaker-s...7-20984105.htmlhttp://www.techdose.com/reviews/Fluance_AV-HTB/okay i go sleep now
July 9, 200718 yr They are decent, just don't expect too much. They are cheap because they use inexpensive drivers, simple crossovers, and thin mdf boxes, and the of course off-shore labor. If you want okay HT speakers then they really are not that bad.JP
