    Welcome to the IHoP

I remember you talking to someone else a couple months ago about the Sweet SHO you had. Do you have any pictures? I haven't had any bad experiences with rear wheel drives. I Own 3 right now, But I have always liked the way my Honda's handle. No I have never driven a BM'er, But I use to Shag Audi's and they where fun to drive plus I owned one of the old 5 clylinder Quattro's. My funnest car I ever owned was a 76' Firebird that was restored top to bottom, VERY FUN!!!!! Right now my Baby is my 72' Chevy Blazer with a 327 under the hood.I will post pictures in a couple days. I've driven some rendition of every car made and never been anything but scared in a Honda in the winter. Not fair to compare to a 72 Blazer or 76 Firebird btw, no wonder you are soured. I drive my Xterra ALOT also, and love to drive RWD vehicles also. I just needed a GOOD debate yesterday as it was my friday and NOBODY got a tattooed and I was bored out of my skull. VERY BORING DAY, where were you anyways? My Blazer is down right scary one snow/ice with Super Swampers and Detroit Locker in the rear, BUT fun in the SUN.

    J-Roadtatts Honda Accord Build

Anyways I started to seal up the doors, I started on the front passenger side. Here are some pictures of the start. I think these holes could stand to be a little bigger? But I don't understand back waves So IDK? The factory plastic........ The door all cleaned up. NOW CHECK OUT THE KOOL POP-UP IN THE BACK GROUND, very trick, holds two atvs on the front. Not mine but in the pic an still wicked KOOL. Check this stuff out. I will use it in the doors, in between the two round tube supports and the outside panel. THEY did alittle from the factory, but kinda half assed. THIS will be way mor effective than Damplifier. More pictures soon.

    First Time Ever Fiberglassing something

Looking good. You will learn alot from your first one. I always make the drivers side first for this reason then you will always make the one everybody else see's look even better. I tryed the fiber mat like you are useing and it was hard to work with and get even close to smooth. Now I just use the fiberglass fabric instead and just do a couple layers if you are worried. On my door pods I only did one layer of fabric because it wasn't very big and was solid after just the one layer and + my starter fleece. You can make them beautiful when done with body filler. Body filler drys REALLY quick SO START SANDING AS SOON AS IT STARTS GETTING HARD, like 5 minutes after you apply it, this will save you time. I personally use an Orbital sander and do several thin layers. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.

My sarcasum is probably pretty dry today as my hip has been out for a couple day's and I have been taking 30mg Morphines. I went to my masseuse today and have a chiroprator appointment in the morning to get back to normal. It all happened installing my 70 lb BTL by myself in a fuct up position the other day. Hip Pain SUCKZ.

    Welcome to the IHoP

Wrong on both accounts. FWD cars are LESS efficient than RWD cars. The damn CV joints insure that. And it had NOTHING to do with traction in the snow. Why are you trying to compare a FWD to a Performace car? Not the intended use. FWD car will not lose traction in snow as easy as a RWD car WAS the debate. I can do donuts ALL day long in a RWD car and will be bouncing off the curbs trying to drive in a staight line, on the other hand a FWD car is hard to get to lose traction. True?
