i was reading the new england spl site and i see it other places what dose CRX mean and why cant you have it

fFound a custom shop today, now I knew of this guy for many years. He’s the one that made me want more. He had a ford with a blow thought. Well I found where he moved to and went and seen him to day. At first he did dent remember me. And gave me that snob look and attitude, Talk for a few then I ask him about a few things told me I need a cap and explained to me about what a cap does. After he was finished I said a cap really not another battier. He stops dead and says well 1 or 1.5 frads wont do you need a lot I am like some around 25 he’s like yea then he asks me what I got in the trunk and his whole attitude changed. Told me the real story I would like to call it (loll side note kriss kross jump just came on in my itunes made me laugh) anyways said yea another Betties is better with an alt upgrade. And all that other stuff, Started talking about the outrages 10000 watt war horse from kicker. He told me he had to get back to work at first, but as the guy picking up his car was standing there he was still going on and on. Got a shop I can stop at now and get some advice. Oh and if you live in mass area Phillips glass company is the shyt fix my rearview mirror for free and they never even meet me.

im not sure what you mean by frq dial. if you mean the x-over yeah i had it set around 80. and with all settings down yes it was still there. me and Chuck (ChicagoFan) actually tuned on it for 30-45 minutes tonight and its definitely hurt. i guess over time it just got to be too much. we got it to a happy medium where its not doin it AS LOUD but still there, as it was there no matter what we did. we got it to a decent level and we will see what happens from here, how much longer the sub lasts. my box is actually a little smaller then what Fi recommends so i am going to get a bag of polyfill and throw that in my box and see what happens. i will try to do that tomorrow most likely. thanks everyone for your help so far. yes the x over the first dial that you come to from the end i cant spell and i am not going to try it. but you got what i ment and thats good you got it to a happy meduim . i not sure on this but i think ,,,I THINK,,, if you fill the box with polyfill i would THINK that,, that would make the boxes airspace even smaller?. but like i said i dont know.

I have a question about ports. I am having finely decided to use round ports. But I have a problem; I have 8.89ft3 I want to tune around 38 Hz. The problem I run into is I need like 15’’ of port. The box is only 14’’ deep, going with 2 8’’ ports. So, can I bend the port with a 45? So it will make it in to the car with out a problem. If yes, do I have to add any thing to the length, or do I just cut the tube where it needs to be and add the 45 in between the cut peaces. Trunk setup subs up, port up going thought the rear deck.

been running two batteries for 2 years knock on wood no problems I use just fuses, never had anything else. To add I never run the car with out the car running.

I really don’t give a flying fuck about what other people think. If they don’t like it they can drive faster. I do play my system loud all the time, and turn it up at stop lights. Just to piss people off. Yes i have massive trunk rattle and well everything rattles. I can’t hear it, do you think i car if you can? I’ve had people flip me off, get out and yell at me (I love that get to yell back), call cops; pull over to the side of the road. i dident hear anything. did you try truning the frq dial down to the 50 dose it still make the noise. if you turn down all the gains on amp and head unit does it still make the noise

i been told i am death. i dont think shit is loud at all wife turns down the tv and turns on ac and i cant hear the tv no more. i see all the numbers that people where putting up 18 15 khz something i dont know what that is but 28 and cant really hear more so in the right ear then the left.

when i am driving down the road ,it is unot uncommon for the car in front of me to pull over and let me go by them. it happen twiced today within about 10 mile drive. too me i amm not rideing there ass.(i can see under the car in the front) got music up bass bumpin but too me its not loud at all. i am told that "the fucken windows are vibeing in the living room" my wife says we live on the 3rd floor i dont belive her. so i wonder is it my drivin, or music? i really dont think i am a bad driver in my opinon. so anyone else ever notice this while driving? and another thing what to do about the f*#%en(its really got me pissed) rearview mirro. damn thing keeps falling off. fix it 4 times now. is there anything better then the stuff for the rearview mirro to stick to the windshield that you can buy other then the bands that you can get at napa, autozone, advance auto parts, or ace hardware?, cuz there brands dont work.

local shop in my area is non exstint. there is one and they never have anything. they dident even have 2 gage wire they had 11 feet of 0/1 bought that. ask what i wanted for told them to up grade my big 3, the guy looked at me like i was a ghost. asked him a few ? got bullshit responses. oh to add i bought the wire and ask if they had and ring tremals the awnser no. then i asked for battire tremals for the 0/1 he tried to give me a pos. and neg. for 4 gage max wire. so i left the next week i went back to see if they had any 2 yet , still no. paid 3$ a foot for the 0/1 when asked how much the 2 was i was told 4 a foot go figure need less to say i dont even show up there anymore.

i did subs up port up in a trunk. draw back theres not much room up and down, and it does a number on the rear deck. get rid of any deck speckers and cut out stuff if you can gett the pressure out of the trunk
