  1. I got 3.52 @ 39hz with those measurements after sub displacment and double baffle

With the port 3in wide and 26in long it comes to 3.75 @ 32.5, thats at 12.4cu port area

lmk if that was any help to you

  2. I have a 1997 Grand Am and this is what the electric consists of, stock 105a alt, deka primary batt, 1/0 for batt to chassis ground and motor to chassis...havnt yet done alt to batt. My voltage is dropping to 11.5 on some notes, the amp is a saz1500....I need help deciding what else I need to get the voltage up and stable. The XS power d1200 I can fit under the hood as primary but the d5100 is to big and I dont want to do a second battery. Should I get the d1200 or get a h.o. alt, if you guys need any more info please say.

    Thanks for any help

  3. I understand how to do that but dont really get how to do port tuning, like you need 12-16sq inches of port per 1cu foot......I have no idea how to do that and cant find a place that can put it in terms I can understand.

  4. Every one says that the re-calculator is off so can someone here help me design a box for a 12 BTL

Here are my max demensions 15h x 28w x 18d......I would like the box as close to 2.5 after all displacements as I can tuned to 32hz (sub disp is .18)

Thanks to anyone who can help.

  5. Could two of these on a sae1200 get louder than a 12 FI Q

If the Q was sealed and these were ported, then yes.

Same enclosure type... would be hard.

So say both were in a optimal ported box tuned to 32-33hz, they would be fairly close to the same output.

    Thanks
