Ya i didn't see any other plug besides the regular wiring harness but i didn't pull it the whole way out. I'll pull it out later and check again.
Since my Sirius is installed from the factory do you think the plug is different?

I have a 2009 Ford Escape with factory sirius installed. My question is i have my Alpine CDA-9887 from my 05 escape that i'm putting in and want to know if i need anything else to get sirius through my alpine besides the KCA-SC100
Sirius Satellite Radio Plug and Play Interface.?
Does the factory installed sirius unit plug into the kca-sc100?
Do i have to buy anything else??

Damn, a group of us were there. Always a nice rally and has grown greatly over the past couple of years.
jj1479 my family used to own a summer home on the Yough lake.
They just said on the Johnstown channel 6 news that their was over 250,000 people/bikers their this year.
We used to go fishing their all of the time but can't seem to find the time this year though. Its only about an hour drive from my house up their.

OK lets see if this will work. Their are ALOT of photos(104 total)some of the better then plainjane bikes(my opinion). Also the Budweiser Clydesdale's were their. The visitors bureau said up words of 200,000 people/bikers will be down here from Thursday till tomorrow. Some of the pictures ain't that great but their were too many people around to get good shoots. Enjoy

Where is the (my assistant tab) at?

Well what do you think? Remember it was ONLY $185
Old inductor read 9 ohms
New inductor reads 9 ohms as the factory one does also
But it does work so i can't complain to much also i got new plugs for it. Sounds louder than my crossfire so i think it was worth it.

They might handle more power then that depending what box you put them in. The whole sub unit itself is driven by a 210 watt amplifer.
Does it have a power rating on the back of the mag?

Yep. .. surprisingly they didn't sound to bad in smaller enclousers either. I'll see if i can find some of our old shop note folders with all of our spec's for them.
side note
I used to work for Better Sound Electronics in Johnstown Pa and we were a Orion/msxaudio/volfenhag dealer from 99-02 we sold alot of the xtr series 3s but they weren't like the first series and the xtr series 2.
I am fond of the Xtr feriflouid cooled dvc subs my self they handle alot of power for their time 800watts but those older surrounds didn't last to long.
Used to have a pair on a 275r and WOW those were the days. Lived at home no bills and dealer cost. .

Those are the first series of the xtr line. When they first came out they had the orion xtr logo hand painted on them. The ones you have are silkscreened on and they are also 4ohm dvc's. Hear is one that we built for a couple of customers that realy slams.
5-cubes with (2)4" ports 8".75 long tuned to 33hz.

No you have to go into your menu and turn the aux input ON to either aux1 or aux2 for it to work.
