    Been busy, had the truck playing, but 3 songs into it we managed to snap the bolts holding the motors to the baskets on 2 subs, so all 6 went back to DD so they can figure out what happened.

    I sent them the video and they all kind of were like :WTFBubble: , but they are paying for shipping both ways and rebuilding all my subs, at no cost to me. Customer Service FTW.

    Anyways, I got a video of how the subs broke, might post it if there's enough interest, also got 3 shitty videos of it playing, again, might post them if there is enough interest.

    Onto the alt brackets. I used to have a DUAL alt bracket, which I got from DC Power :eek5wavey: , however, the bracket that is on the truck, is a triple bracket, which Mechman made.

    i also have the dcpower dual alt bracket, but i need MOAR ALTS....

    ill be giving mechman a call tomorow, how much u paid for the bracket/ alts...?...pm me if u want

    also something to keep in mind which I found out after I deadened everything is that only about 30% of the exposed steel needs to be deadened for sound deadening to be effective! so in a nut shell I added a lot of deadener and wasted cash in the process when I could have had the same results with less deadener!

    i have heard this a lot lately...

    could you explain ?

    On this one, we normally would need to have the alt back, but I have some things on order to make it so you could do the install. The regulator has to be hard wired, and it's just not fun to do on those and the way we're going to be doing it will make it much, much friendlier to do.. Rob

    ok , got it installed pins 1 and 5 up . pins 2,3,4,6 down.

    i can get the vcm in ADJ mode with the dot blinking but i keep pushing up and voltage stays the same, it wont go past 16.7. >?

    any ideas ? solutions ?...

    i pressed the damn button like 300 times and nothing...

    ok , i was able to find a xs power vcm.

    New ! only problem its that it dont have instructuions in how to make it work

    on 16v batts ,.

    what position do the little switches need to be ? how do i set it up ?// :peepwall:
