If your 15's are dual 4-ohm coils the Sundown SAZ-1500D should be great, you will be able to run all coils parrallel giving a 1-ohm load. As far as head unit I'm sure BanginGMC has a good reason for his suggestion on head unit. Since we are trying to do this on a somewhat prefigured buget, my son decided on mostly Soundstream components.
