Some pics of my car w/mag

if you give the 9.1 enough voltage to keep it fed GOOD ,then i dont think youll see it blow for a long while ,so you have it at 1ohm on the mag? what would you compare the output too?

    Should i change amps?

yea you can run them at that ohm load ,as long as you have good voltage ,and dont go crazy on the gain settings ...DELVRYBOY i think thats his name burped the 9.1 at .12 ohms so they can take a beating
  8. ""looseness" and our drivers don't go hand-in-hand. Looseness or boomy bass in ported enclosures is a factor of one one or two of the following: the driver; the enclosure. When either of the latter aren't working you have the boomy response that is associated with a lot of the big-woofer, ported-enclosure frame of mind. Take one of our 15's and put it in our recommended enclosure and you'll have a hard time finding any room for the words "boomy" or "loose" unless you built the enclosure wrong or have horrible amplfication/processing. " REALLY ,that makes me smile ...your product sounds amazing and i will be picking one up,do i just e-mail or will calling be better for shipping to VA? also just in case do you have a return policy? from what you say i wont need it but i just wanna be sure thanks
  9. yea i think i will stay sealed but i have noticed that when you tune lower this makes up for some of the looseness

    Should i change amps?

well you do know the 9.1 with good voltage will put out 1500w @ 1ohm so 2 of them at 1ohm will give you like 2800-3000w ,and you can bidge lower ,people use them at .5-.75ohms all day long just a suggestion
  11. so do the mags lose any "firmness" when ported ,one thing i noticed about the o.v2 is when i ported it in 2.2 @30hz it got loud as hell but sounded "loose" ,like it didnt have that PUNCH in the kidney like it did sealed are the mags this way ? and will they take 1500w daily? just curious ,i dont need to give it that at all just wondering
  12. sounds good guys ,i may have to pick one up ,who do i contact to get it direct?
  13. so a 12" mag will match it in output!!? really... so the 15 will be loud as crap ?
  14. well the loudest SQ possible was a W7 i heard ,so how does it compare to a W7 then ?
  15. well basically i LOVE my 16o.v2 but it just friied on me and well i want to try somthing new ,my amp fried as well i will put the mag in a sealed box ,i will have a 9.1 to power it ,900w @2ohm 1200w @1 ohm the o.v2 got 900w and was in 1.8 cubes and it rocked my world and sounded freakin awesome to me ,so smooth punchy and blended well basically what will i gain if i switch to a 15" magnum i listen to EVERYTHING ,i want the loudest SQ possible thanks
