How to wire multiple amps per coil

Well you can strap em and run them that way. But you need to make sure you sub wont be wired too low for the amp to handle. And you can also run each amp to each coil, but that would only work if you sub has 4 coils. We need to know the equipment to give you more input.
  2. a 12"x12"x5" cube of 6061 would be absolutely ridiculous to try and buy... We just turned in our chips and I think we got .91/lb which is pretty good, but that's for 6061 AL.. Is that a yes for me? Yes, that is a yes for you... We are 100000% going to make this housing.. Are you guys still gonna need my car cause ill get it there bright and early if so?

  10. The closer to the battery the better. If a short happens before the fuse you will be buying a new car.

    argent audio review

Honestly, I wouldn't delete the thread. Some of the other vendors need take note that THIS is how you quickly and professionally resolve an issue with the customer. Outstanding customer service. Kudos to you Andrew. X's 2 on not deleting this thread. I have dealt with Andrew on my last build and my current rebuild. He is a great guy, even took time out from a night out to dinner just to contact me about my box. And this will show potential customers how good of service you provide, and how many satisfied customers you have..

Best place to buy wiring kits

First go get some knukonceptz wire and build your own kit. Second does your h/u only have 1 rca output? It should have a set for front rean and sub. Thats what you will need for the componets amp.

3/4 inch plywood ok for second baffle?

This statement is the exact opposite of what it should be. I have laminated MDF with several types of plywood and OSB for use on baffles and never had any issues and in my part of the country it is easy to see 30-40 degree temperature changes in a matter of hours. If anything would cause cracking, that would, and none of the enclosures have had any type of failure. I never said anything about cracking im talking about mounting and having your mounting holes split. With the screws being installed and removed over again a few times. True i have seen this happen with mdf.. but t-nuts will prevent that (when properly installed). I have not found a good fix for that in plywood. Although i dont have a lot of experience with plywood in speaker boxes just that 1 experience. I do however use ply in various remodels and yes if put a screw in it and leave it alone it will hold great. But when constantly removing and readding screws it starts to splinter. And for all i know that may have been a soft ply, this box was built 10 yrs ago and i dont remember all the specs of the wood. But ill look for some photos when i head back to my folks place..
