Looking at a dc audio lvl3 15"- would i be able to get good sq out of this if i put it in a sealed box?

I can get a Fi SSD 12" or a IA Lethal Injection 15" for about the same price. Which one would you recommend for a small sealed box with 1100x1 @ 2ohms which is what my boston gt28 amp puts out. ???

Thinking about picking up this sub. Oz Audio Matrix Elite 15" . I think its rated at 700 rms- my amp ,boston gt-28, puts out 1100x1 @ 2 ohms which is what this sub would be wired for -2 ohms- since it is 4 ohm dvc. Would this be a good match?

Please elaborate - more details. I have never used a DMM before but i can get ahold of one- How would i use this to see what's wrong with the sub?

One of my assassin 8's quit working i think the amp came in contact with metal - Could i get this repaired? If so how would i go about doing so?

Do you think i should trust buying a used sub? Found that i can get a new Incriminator Audio Lethal Injection 15 for $209 free shipping --- The Oz ME and the RE SE are $140 shipped. -----What you think?

Has anyone ever had or heard an Oz Audio ME?

I run a 2006 RE SE 15. I will say that it has really good sq. The SE sounds "sterile" to me. There's really no frequency that is nonexistent or too loud. Alot of that is obviously in my install, but I don't see why you wouldn't be happy with the RE. I never heard any OZ audio subs to compare to though. I heard they were good.

Any thoughts on which one of these 15" subs would be helpful. RE Audio SE '08 series aluminum spoke basket design---OR---Oz Audio Matrix Elite series??? Both of these are the same price which makes it even more difficult to choose. Looking for SQ so it will be going into a sealed box. Both are 4 ohm dvc wired to a 2 ohm load as my amp is only 2 ohm stable (boston acoustics gt-28 1100x1 @ 2 ohms)

Oh, Oz sub is 4 ohm dvc. So it would be wired down to 2 ohms.

I have a boston acoustics gt28 amp , it does 1100 rms x1 @2 ohms. the oz audio me 15 is rated for 750 rms... Do you think the amp would be too much for that sub? -- Or Should i look at some other subs that would match up better with my amp??

Looking at an Oz Audio matrix elite 15 inch subwoofer for $120 pick-up, i will have to drive 2 hours away to pick up. Are these subs any good?
