Not sure what the links for... But I know one thing, Every human can make an error once in a while.. So just because your friends is working fine, doesn't mean that there is no possible way they made 1 tiny mistake throughout the whole install.... It is very easy to mess up 1 thing. These amps dont just "blow"... something has to happen. I like the idea of seeing if they will let you run one of their amps temp. to see if it happens again, proving it is possibly the wiring they did?.. And no.. there isn't a need to break in a sub. Sure... it may get a little looser or worn in after its been played for a while, but it still doesnt need a breaking in period. I beat mine pretty good new and never have problems.

WOW what program did you use to build this? I am trying to find a good program to design a box, and this is like perfect for what I was looking for so that when I design it I can see how it will turn out! but I cant find anything good online...

Do xcons or SA-10s do good sealed?? I have a ported box at the moment but thought about going sealed possibly on my next setup and spend time making a simple but very good looking box. I have a ported 18" box I could use for a 18 xcon but it was my first built box and isn't all that clean looking. I though about either sealing 1 18xcon or 3-4 SA 10s but I didn't know if they are going to do very well sealed up?? Will I lose a lot of output by going sealed vs porting them?? All experience with these drivers sealed is very appreciated!!!

Not going to lie I hoped it would at least do 2k at 1ohm since it's rated 2500. And sorry i feel like a dick for buying it right after asking people's opinions, the guy lives 30mins away so I thought I would have time to ask but then he happened to be in the same town as me while I was at the mall shopping so I got cash out and bought it.. I would never have asked like a fag if I knew that I was going to get it that fast after asking. He just randomly text me an asked where I was and he was in my town passing through. I have a DC power H.O. alt and big 3 done with a kinetik hc1400 up front and a hc600 right next to amp with 4 awg connecting to my SAX-1200d and yeah my voltage is fine MOST of the time but it seems like on CERTAIN random songs with a perfect note my voltage still gets awfully close to 12v occasionally.. HOW many batts you guys running and on how many watts rms you pushin? Since Im thinking about upgrading to an Xcon 18 > over my current 18 ssd, I will most likely be upgrading my amp to a 2000rms amp or something close to 2k like AQ/AP/Hifonics and Im wondering if adding a battery or 3 will help make a difference because Im NOT upgrading alts again.... 1200rms seems whimpy when most of you push 2k-3k daily.. So i just wanted advice on if adding a mini battery bank really does help keep my voltage up? My voltage never gets TOO low, and its only like every 10-15 seconds that it hits a random note and drops to like 12.5 ( but im afraid it will stay closer to the 12s a lot more often with a 2k watt amp) and then jumps back to like 13.6-14 for most of the regular bass. Usually run like 14.4-14.7v with stereo off. Again I have a kinetik hc1400 up front and a hc600 next to amp, I know the hc600 is a baby but its better than nothing. So will adding like a hc2000 or 2 hc2000's to the back help a lot? ( OR ANY name brand I dont care, XS/Kinetik either or.. No not optima lol)

Well he just sold me it for $200 I didn't know but he was in my area, I guess after I get my new subs installed I'll let you all know how it puts out. I realistically only need about 1800 it was cheap and no shipping and mint condition. I'll post pics tonight it's sexy condition

Yeah cars are made to hold an est. 250 lbs per person, so If you have 3 seats in the rear, it is basically made to hold at least 750lbs in the rear for * people * so instead of people just have a wall and subs.

Well because I really only want to spend about 300ish on subs and I have always wanted an xcon.. But if I don't get that I have also wanted to try the SA line, and I figure I could fit 3 10s and sometime they can be found for around 75-110$$

Crap I forgot to measure my trunk in my hatchback but I know I can get at least 6ft^ may maybe 6.5-7ft^. I'll try to measure it later and post LxWxH

I will most likely go with 1 18" xcon or 3 10" SA's
