so now my question is what kinda amp can i get that is decent quality pushes around 1000wrms @ 1ohm and budget of like 100-150. either used or new just want a decent amp for cheap

so i just take the pos of both terminals on the box and put them in the same terminal on the amp and both neg from the box and put them in the same trminal on the amp with a mono amp to get a 4ohm load? That is if i wire them each to 2ohms inside the box on the sub

ok i kinda get it instead of wiring them together in the box you wire them together at the amp? is that right. i havnt heard much about these but i know that audiobahn isnt the greatest but these are at the top of audiobahns chart, so are these subs pretty decent, im keeping them because i got them for nothing

bump Would really appreciate help on this topic because i need to purchase an amp soon before i leave to go back home. 2 dual 4ohm subs in their own separete chamber in one sealed box with their own terminal. how do i wire them up to see a 1ohm or 2ohm load or what. i know how to wire up 2 subs to one terminal on the box but never had 2 seperate terminals on one box before

Anyone know what to do on this subject? 2 12" daul 4ohm with their own terminals, to do i wire that up because 12volt shows how to wire 2 subs to 1 terminal but iv never had 2 terminals before. I want to run 500 watts to each and im going to buy an amp today and need to know if i need a mono or 2ch and how do i hook them up

So i go to walmart to do some shopping right...come out 30 minutes later and see my window busted out and nearly hit the ground!! Pop the trunk and NATHIN was in there.... So im think since i had an aq2200 and i never had it wired past 2ohms this time im going to do a aq1200 and to match it with 4 10" dcons!! Im thinking since my car did good on 1200rms from my aq2200 then why not get the aq1200 and then 2 more 10's which in reality should be louder and maybe sound better then my 2 sa10's .....cant wait!!! But now its time for a badass alarm system and more awareness haha

Thanks guys i appreciate all the advise and concern, its a real shame but shit happens and theres no reason to get mad about it because theres nothing you can do but makes sure it doesnt happen next time, But this time its going to have the best alarm i can afford and im bolting my box to the damn frame lol. Yea i think im gonna report it to the cops and just wait and see what happens. But for sure next time im going to be way more causious and safe. I think putting my sundown audio sticker on my car was just a bad idea

i didnt report it because its a pretty big city and the chances of them popping up are very slim but maybe i should look for the serial numbers and tell the police know thats a good idea. Yeah, the current engine in the RX-8 is cancelled. But supposedly there is this 16x rotary they are working on. I read several years ago where they were working on a 2 or 3 rotor, but nothing ever came of it. I'd like to see a big 3L 2 rotor. And I don't give a damn about fuel consumption either. That would be interesting to see. The number one complaint about the Wankel was the fuel consumption though Shit buying a sports car usually doesnt get much thought of the fuel consumption anyways as there not too worried about it in the first place haha. You dont buy a hummer to try and save on gas prices
