Thanks...its a work in progress.
Our time line is to have his truck back together (some what) for IFO. Though it wont have evils till over the winter more then likley.. but that may change since we are upping the power a bit with it.

Most trunk cars won't actually allow for a pair of 15s to fit properly unless you build the enclosure inside the car.

In most cases a quick glance at one of the sides will tell you the quality of the wood. How ever this is not always the case.

Just be cautious when purchasing birch. Most stores like Home Depot or Lowes will not have void free versions and that can cause issues with weak spots in the enclosure.

Curious about the two ports, is this more for space saving or is there any sonic advantage
More port area.
This is also correct.

While a single port would be more efficient (single larger port), there is not always allowable room for that. In this case, space was limited for mounting as well as actual volume. So using the 2 6" ports netted the best overall response given the restrictions for that application.

Enclosures vary a bit due to work load. We tend to stay rather busy and our standard suggested time frame is 14 business days from date paid to date shipped. However, in some cases we get enclosures out rather quickly (less then 7 days) and in other cases we take the full 14 business days do to various reasons (weather, material shortage.. and so on).
Design time frames are more straight forward. We can get designs done same day in some cases while for other designs that are a bit more intricate it can take a few days to get finished. And we give free tech support for your build if you need it. (email or phone)
As a side note, we will be adding an option for expedite designs and builds. Not sure on that cost or time frame...but it will be an option very very soon.

We design and can also build and ship if you require it.

Got the dash a little further along...more sanding in the future..but it is functional for now.Kind of hard to tell, but the bezel is actually setup so the stereo is flushed into it.Here is the look at the plexi that goes in the roof....had several requests to see what we had up there...well here it is...And of course...the roof itself...Don't mind all the fingerprints....it is not all that easy to get it up in there...The camera pics up the LEDs them selves, but in person the outer ring just glows a little softer then the FJ does...

Tony will have some likely over the winter it looks like.... I'm sure he will want to upgrade to 18s by mid season though lol

"Yet" being the operative word here lol
You have to do something big..most of my clients are jumping to walls already..... Well Tony had something to do with that I think lmao

Very true, very true.
Or..we can ditch all causes and build something monstrous in that little car

So why not build an SQ system? If you keep pushing for SPL your response will likely get further from what you want with a larger peak to chase the numbers.
But you know that already...

Work will resume on this project later this week and weekend. Looking to have the wall back in and trimmed out by mid next week... Still waiting on the amps to arrive, but they should be here at the end of next week for it.
