What are the specs on the 75.2? And what will the MSRP be?I would expect 75x2 at 4 ohms at somewhere around 13.5 volts. Will likely be looking at less then 50 amps of fusing and I would expect somewhere in the range of 300 Watts Bridged at 4 ohms and 150x2 at 2 ohms.
Jacob could probably tell you better though...

Hi everyone, I wanted to know which sub series would be best for me. Ive read on the ficar audio website all about the different series, and I have my eye on the BL and the Q series. I was thinking about something that sounds good, gets very loud & has good deep bass. I mostly only listen to rap, and want something for daily and not competition. I want to get either a single 12" or a single 15". I have a 1996 honda accord and I have good trunk space I think. As for as an amplifer is concerned Im buying either a Hifonics 1206D or a Hifonics 1606 D amp. So what do you guys think? Also what options would be good? Thanks alot!I would go with the Q12. BL will be a little louder, but the Q is a SQ driver that will sound EXCELLENT accross all freq ranges. 1200 Watts would be optimal, 1600 might be too much...

I agree, I've email Scott plenty of time and he has managed to email me back not the same day obviously.....However I've PM'ed Shawn a few times and he's gotten back to me the same day.
I know Nick has answered all my emails on a same day basis...

Hey Jacob, just wondering how much time it takes from order, to delivery on average for an amp. Will be ordering my first Saz-1500d tomorrow.MJ
Sales are done through dealers, Jacob is the distributor. For the most accurate answer, you should ask the dealer you are working with. Someone such as Kluv here on the forums can give you a good idea!

I was wondering if any one knows the true RMS rating for the Earthquake PHD5000, Kicker 1200.1, Massive audio P3000.1, AUTOTEK MM4000D, MA AUDIO HK802SX, Orion 2100, and Hifonics bxi2006d or Hifonics bxi1606d? I am just trying to figure out witch amps to go with when I run my stereo. If any has tested any of these amps please let me know. Also I would like to know if any one has ran one 12" BTL daily in a trunked car and had it metered to music? If so please post your scores on here along with pics of your installs or your car getting the score. Once I get mine I will let you know what it does with a bunch of different amps. Hopefully I will have it posted on here by next weekend. Right now my friend has a 12" FI Q with a Audiobaun 1200 watt amp in the trunk of a 2001 Cadillac CTS doing a 141.5 legal, remember the back seats in those cars don't fold down.Google is your friend:
Earthquake PHD5000
RMS power 2-ohm: 3000 Watts
RMS power 4-ohm: 1500 Watts
Kicker 1200.1
RMS power 1-ohm: 1200 Watts
RMS power 2-ohm: 650 Watts
Massive audio P3000.1
RMS power 2-ohm: 3000 Watts
RMS power 4-ohm: 1500 Watts
AUTOTEK MM4000.1D
RMS power 1-ohm: 2000 Watts x 2
RMS power 2-ohm: 4000 Watts x 1
MA AUDIO HK802SX
RMS power .5-ohm: 2200 Watts x2
RMS power 1-ohm: 4400 Watts or 1400 Watts x 2
Orion 2100 (bridged)
RMS power 1-ohm: 1600 Watts
RMS power 2-ohm: 800 Watts
Hifonics bxi2006d
RMS power 1-ohm: 2000 Watts
RMS power 2-ohm: 1000 Watts
Hifonics bxi1606d
RMS power 1-ohm: 1600 Watts
RMS power 2-ohm: 800 Watts
As for tested RMS ratings, every amp will be different...

The final production model will be getting a rubber gasket like higher end subwoofers. I didn't really like the front "integrated gasket" deal. Those always get torn up and don't help with a seal when the woofer is mounted normally.Just a little update as I hammer out final details on this guy... also, a 15" model may be offered but not initially. I am looking into the details of the motor I have on the 10" and 12" models to see if simple coil changes can keep it strong enough for a 15" cone. If not, I will develop a slightly larger motor for the 15" version of the Integrity E series
Who would be interested in a 15" model? I need to survey interest before I go farther than the prototype phase on the 15" model. I'll be talking to my dealers too... but I'll keep the forum updated as always.
What kind of RMS are we looking at on the 15? The same as the 12 or higher?

My dream sundown system would consist of 3 - 250.2's and 8 - 1500D's.That is about what mine would be too!

Thanks to Sean we did some power testing on the SAZ-3000D yesterday. Power testing was done on two RE MT 15" woofers, dual 1 ohm coils (0.7 ohm DCR) with a rise to around 1.15 ohms at our test frequency.Power Output at Maximum Volume before Protection:
67.4 volts
77.1 amps
5196 watts
Power supply voltage was 16.5 volts at rest dropping to around 14.5 volts. So consider this a 14.5 volt output rating.
Our clamp meter ran out of steam at 400 amps so we measured efficiency at lower levels:
3294 watts @ 84% efficiency (252 amps draw)
3938 watts @ 81% efficiency (316 amps draw)
4424 watts @ 74% efficiency (392 amps draw)
We didn't have an electrical setup to run 12.8 volt testing available at this time.
Damn that looks hot!

What do you have agains the SAE-1000D.Good price... I know you cannot get a crossfire 1000D for that...
I don't have anything against the SAE-1000D. Actually, when I saw it I thought that it would probably be perfect. Good product, good company, good price. My concern was that maybe I wouldn't be giving these subs all the power that they could handle. I'm not one to leave resources untapped. I'm also very hesitant about purchases like this because I want to make sure I have researched all my possible options before committing to something.
My other suggestion would be a Crossfire VR1000D ( You need to buy used as they are not made new anymore) or a eD 9.1 (Also used, new is about $360.

For those interested... I started initial stress tests on the SAE-1000D proto. It is hooked up at a ~0.7 ohm DCR on the Nightshade 15" proto... actually knocked my rearview mirror off last night with this combo. My car has no engine right now but I rigged up two large batteries to the vehicle and my 60-amp bench power supply and went to town. I played Bass Mekanik for about 20 minutes and the part of the heatsink where the power supply transistors started to get warm but thats about it. I'd like to get more testing done on it, but it seems like it will do just fine provided it is not being clipped.Would you reccommend running this amp at .7 daily? What are the coild on the Nightshade?

Haha, i posted it in his pic thread and told him how to fix it here...

What do you consider a well-built enclosure? I was thinking of getting an SUV, so I was thinking of putting a 15 in a 4.0 ft^3 box tuned to 30 Hz or so in a sub up, port back kind of configuration. I am very new to building ported boxes - I've always built sealed ones but I wanted to try something different this time around since I will have some space to do it.Can anyone recommend me a couple amps to power one of these things other than the SAE-1000D? Something in the $300 range?

SilverBane i would be runnin both BL's with 1500 a piece id be using a Digital Audio DAD1504 i already have one and i can get the other really cheap i think around 300 oor so but what would be the dif between 2 SSD's and 2 BL's i know BL is more SPL which is what i want but what about the SSDIf you are able to run 2 BL's at 1500 per sub, go for that. Will be a Very nice upgrade in SPL!

Hey im Casey and right now i have a q15 in a 5 cuft boz tuned to 40 htz and i love the sound but i just want it louder so ive been th inking about maybe gettin 2 loaded daily bl 12s and running 1500 at a 1 ohm load daily do you th ink that would be louder than 1500 in one Q15 and i drive a 94 jeep grand cherokee?just post your response
Are you gonna run 1500 PER SUB at 1 ohm? If that is the case, it will be considerably louder but at the cost of SQ... Even if it were 1500 for the two, I would then reccommend a pair of SSD 12's or a BL fully loaded for the 1500 alone. Just be gently on gains. If you are gonna run 2 BL's off 1500 Watts (750 each) you are wasting your $ right now...they will not be near full potential.
