  1. Wants to fill up the front doors with 6.5" midrange and the rear doors have enclosures for midbass. . . I can probably talk him into some shit but he seems pretty set on things. . . . . Hes more looking for just crazy loud and sound decent more than anything sound quality . . You know, how most big demo vehicles are lol


  2. Alright . He wants to do some maybe 10" mid bass drivers in the rear doors. . He is pretty set on keeping the same mids he has the crescendo un6.5  whitch I dont really like to much but you can hear them clear over his 154 system . When the subs are off there really isnt anything under 200hz with the mids he has so he wants something to fill in the gap between the subs and mids. . Iv already said he can do this with just better mids and do a really good install but he wants separate mid bass in there and run them active so just looking for opinions on where to start with this. Im already going to be building his front door panels with 4 6.5s in each door and tweeters so he was wanting me to fiberglass some rear door panels with a big mid in it. Just  want to do the best I can and doin what he wants


  3. I used to go to the ymca at least a few times a week years ago and do alot of weight lifting and cardio. Usually like half hour or so of the treadmill or elliptical or something and hour or so on weights. And push ups and stuff. . I was always really strong. Could even do pull ups when I was around 300  and decent shape but just had fat on top. . But wanted to lose the fat. Ended up not having a y pass anymore and just started losing weight without keeping up with the exercise.  Just started getting easier and easier and didnt want to work out cause in the passed it would just make me look fatter cause I was not losing fat just gaining muscle under the fat . . But now I think iv lost enough fat . Can actually see muscle and shit . .  But yea I forsure lost alot of muscle along with all the fat I lost. . My goal I guess would be to just be all around healthy. Look/be in shape. And not get out of breath as much playin with my 3 year old lol (another on the way to)
