I don't think so, mainly got it for the looks. It's one of the few in my collection that doesn't work. The Pre-Amp should work and it can be used with the Punch Power 360

Well, since I took this video with my Canon EOS-7D DSLR, I thought it may fit best in the "Photography" category. Camera was outfitted with a Canon EF 28-135IS f/3.5-5.6 lens set on manual at f/5.6, ISO400 and 1/50 (video taken at 1080/24P for the "filmic" look):

The DSLR's can do amazing video, just takes more work than using a camcorder. Can't beat the video quality though, I just hate using manual focus in some situations, especially when making YT vids...I'm the camera man and the subject. Well, I should be honest, the gear is the subject, I'm just the annoying voice talking about the subjects... I personally use the Canon EOS-7D, but the Nikon D800 looks SAWEET!!
