    Help with SSD enclosure

I got a quote from Phil at woodlawncabinetry.com. I was looking at his stuff and he does really nice work. The only problem is I'd rather not spend the $235 that he quoted me on the box. If anyone knows of some how I can find a cheaper box that would work for this sub let me know.

CAn you send me recone parts???

It's probably gonna void your warranty if the work isn't done by the manufacturer.

12" SSD options for 1200 watts

I just bought the amplifier that I'll be using for this setup. It's a Crunch PZi1500.1. It puts out 1500 watts rms at 1 ohms. It realistically gets 1300 watts rms at best. The sub I'm planning on buying is the Fi SSD 12" Dual 2 ohms. If I'm planning on running 1100 to 1200 watts in this sub which options should I have. I do prefer SQ over SPL, but I'd like to run it with as much power as possible. The gain will be turned down for daily use. I just want to have the power there in case I need it. If it helps I am gonna go with a custom made ported box 2.5 cuft tuned at 33hz. Help from Scott or the other guys that work at Fi would be great.

    Help with SSD enclosure

I'm from St. Louis. I really don't mind spending money on a good box, I just would have loved to save some money. Last time I had a box built I got royally screwed. I had never bought a custom enclosure before and I think the guy saw me coming. If you could help me design a nice box I'd appreciate it. I'd like to go with a 2.5 Cuft ported box. Any suggestions would really help. THANKS!

    Help with SSD enclosure

Also if I was to go with a smaller box how much would it quiet it down. The other "discount box" I was looking at is only 1.8 cu ft. http://sonicelectronix.com/item_7498_Sonic...Box-+1SV12.html Any other suggestions for a low cost enclosure would be appreciated, and making the box myself unfortunately isn't an option.

    Help with SSD enclosure

How would having an enclosure bigger than the recommended box volume affect my system. I am planning on ordering a 12" SSD w/ copper coil. I am trying to save money on this system which isn't something I'm used to since I usually go all out. I was thinking of buying an already made enclosure to cut down on costs. I'd like to know how this would affect the sub's performance. Here's the box I was looking at: http://sonicelectronix.com/item_7521_Sonic...Box-+1SA12.html Thanks!

Need help with possible SSD setup

I'd like to get the best SQ possible, but I don't want to sacrifice that much SPL.

Need help with possible SSD setup

Hey I am thinking about going for a 12 inch SSD. This is kind of a budget setup. I just got rid of my Kicker solo x and want something more modest. Anyway the plan is to go with a ported box and run it on a MA Audio M1889I (800 RMS). My question is, what options should I go with?

    Fi Shirts

Yeah, profit for you off this is a Bad thing... regardless the shirts have been deleted, until i can get permission to use the Fi logo and the pictures. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will hopefully get permission to design the shirts, and if i have to i will just show you were you can design them and buy them yourselves.

    Fi Shirts

I actually do make a tiny profit off of this even though that's not why I made them. The website just automatically pays you when someone buys the shirt. I'm gonna see watsup first. I think they are really cool shirts though.
