Not saying that's the problem, could be part of it.
It regulates voltage as needed, sometimes it's not quick enough to react to the draw from quick bass beats because it isn't a constant draw.
How and where is the amp grounded?
Imo should be able to run that amp fine.

Monster rca's . Active loc and factory head unit. Amp is a Rockford prime 750.1 running at 1ohm into the GCON...
Now u know what I got, well last nite I got her all hooked up, went to test her out, and every time my bass hits my headlights blink with the bass! I hate cars with systems that do that... Can anyone tell me why?? I was told I would be fine running factory elec with 750 watts? Even less actually because I barely had the gain up cuz my GCON is brand new! Even at low-moderate volume it is doing it.... What do I do??? Sorry for the essay! Lol
Probably pcm controlled alternator, check grounds,do you have the big three?

They really seem to know what they're doing and know Robin Butler who was recommended here (again, thanks!). I'm going to their shop next week and pick their brain. I know (is it Mark?) is super busy and that's the holdup on the DCON 10"s, I might just wait a few weeks and see if they're back up to production and have AE build a good box.
I've spent a little time on the 12volt and bcae1.com to learn a little more, I might just get "The Loudspeaker Cookbook" this summer.
As far as max dimensions the biggest constraint is height, no more than 14" tall which makes a 12" driver a tad more challenging.
What do you have depth and width? Knowing the max space your willing to use will help a lot on driver selection, other than just height.

lets come up with a great idea, and get this place back on top of the forum game, once again...

We didn't know what you had other than (KENWOOD 10) up until this post.
Half ass info gets a half ass responce
Look into the dcon mentioned

A good ported box for your Kenwood would help

Thank you sir.
That's pretty much what I was figuring it to be.

what happened to your ride if you don't mind me asking sir?I havent even hooked it up Aaron, finally got all the pieces to my build and started having car issues. I been on the car hunt for a minute now, so build may be on hold. I already ripped all my electronics and wires from my current car, sold radio and mids so even more pictures to come as I make purchases. And hopefully a new ride by the spring for a build log. Sucks I know but at least I have equipment once I buy a car.

Agreed^^^^
If you drive an amp in to clipping its going to draw harder than it should also.
That ground have to be that long?
That's more ground than I would want, but that's just me.
