help buying wires!

Go with a kicker hyper flex 1/0 dual amp kit. Should be good with that. Make sure that you do the big 3. I also hope you have a H.O alt to be able to power 2,000+ watts rms, and an extra battery. If not, well you need to save up for one. Edit: P.S. Lay off the caps man
2. You can still take it to autozone with it in the car and they can do an alt test this way <param name="movie" value=" name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344">

Nice vid. I was amazed at all the dust that flew off when you turned it on. No need to dust just turn the stereo up.

Doing the big 3 on my truck and started to get thirsty. Came inside got an ice cold glass of water and checked to see wat the temperature was outside. Damn, it was only like 80 last week. And that is the indoor temperature in the coldest room in the house with the AC on. Freaking mesierable(Sp) on the inside.

The house was built in 50's with out central AC in mind. So a little wall unit was put in the dinning room in the 70's. Thats it. The house is a sieve, Once we turn the ac off its starts till get hot again almost imediadetly. The AC should be replaced, but we are renting and dont want to relace it. 100% humity would suck monkey b*lls. Humidity here was in 30's, so not too bad. I would love to live where it is cold in the winter, and not in the 90's like it is some times here. Guess thats what i get for livin in so cal.

What kind of car is that? I wanna say a riviera. But wat ever it is, it's a boat
15. I agree with Daniel, the more the better. also i would sell the cap, a second battery is much better, just make sure you go with a selead one, like an optima.

Alarm System

Agree with you on this part, but there is a film that he could put over his window that could do the same thing as shatterproof glass. Good stuff seen it put on windows on "It takes a theif" thinking about putting it onto my car.

Alarm System

You can get solenoids for pretty cheap. But quality ones are gonna cost you. I have an 86 single cab f150 and i had an alarm put it with door solenoids. cost me about $200 for the install. They charged me 30 for each door.

Whats size egine do you have in it? Im not sure if they are interchangeable but i had the same problem with my f150. It has the 302 with a 60 amp stock alt. I was able to get a 130 amp mustang 5.0 alt and it dropped right in place. Granted it might not be a H.O. alt, but it is 70 amps more than what my truck orginally came with. There was a little difference in the wiring, but took it to the alt shop and had them do it. Also if it is the same kind of alternator, i know powermaster has a 200 amp alt that is good for any Ford vehicle built between 70 and 95 i believe. Try calling them up to find out if it will work.

Im frickin lost

Keep your spare tire, never, i mean never use fix-a-flat, or anything like it. The chemicals that allow it to inflate the tire will eat away at ur rims. I used to work at a tire shop and just hated it when people get a flat and use that stuff. When you pop the bead, it lets go this foul order. You have to take the tire off, suck out the slime, and wash the rim off before you even think about repairing the tire. So in conclusion, Fix-a-Flat is a bad idea, plus what if you have a total blow out on the side of the freeway, how is Fix-a-Flat gonna help you there??
23. I'm just wondering what are the pros/cons of using a dry cell battery, than a wet cell battery. I need to get a couple of batterys and need to know the differences between the two so i know what to buy.
24. that is exactly what i wanted to know. thanks for the quick replys
