if you drive them hard the surrounds cut on the trim ring around them....
all 4 were sent back and I upgraded to the Focal Kx 25
Wow man, the new focal subs didn't cost you an arm and leg?

I would try running the amps unstrapped just to see what that slave amp will do. I don't know if such thing could work where each coil can be ran to each individual amp but I wouldn't try that myself. I would rather simplify things and run pair subs to each amp

Have you tried running the slave amp alone with truck running? Maybe see if it's just the amp causing the issue?
I read somewhere that the sae line won't handle .5 ohm that well compared to the older saz line up.. that's an odd situation you have

We will have to link up this summer ive been linkin up with a couole other fellas on you tube and what not trying to have a bass get together in the summer!!
Sure thing man, I won't have anything as insane but I'm down for a link up.. I'm refreshing the system this year so hopefully it's all said and done by summer time.
I have 2k ampere on 1 15 fi ufo btl. Def. Not my biggest system but it's "ok" for a daily driven car. I Have a fair size sub collection tho so i can always switch things up

The Items that will be involved are -1 Distribution Block -2 Amps. -1 Capacitor. -1 Equalizer/Crossover -6 Speakers in Total (2 tweeters, 2 Front Door 6.5's, and 2 6x9's) -1 Subwoofer
I'm trying to connect 2 amps; 1 for the Subwoofer and the Second for Speakers. My Aftermarket Head Unit has 3 pairs of RCA plug-ins.
1) Subwoofer 2) Front 3) Rear.
How Would I connect the 6 speakers (which I'm going to rewire) to the 1st amp? Do I wire the Speakers to the Amp or Straight to the Head unit itself? Also, how would I connect the amp to the Head unit if it only has the 3 RCA plug-ins as stated above?
Any advice or suggestions are Welcomed. Thanks in advance.1. Well if your running amps, you have to wire to the amp not radio.
2. I thought your intentions were to run the lanzar eq? You would have to run front outputs to eq input. Then send rca to your desired amp. Sub I would just send signal straight to amp.
There's lots of part numbers but honestly from amp selection I would run mmats 4 channel on speakers and kicker 2 channel on sub. Depending on speaker ohms you might be better running separate amp on 6x9s if you must have 6x9, altho like stated before, it is pretty much waste of time.. Is this your first system install?

It's hooked straight to the radio, and I've replaced the wire once. I have actually had 3 different radios in the system also.3 different radios and still no power? Or is it just this current pioneer radio acting up?

I Did a quick search and I think that is the only wire available (blue and white) so disregard my last message.. that wire should have an output of 12v. I have a similar model pioneer in my work car, if i remember correctly, if you dig thru the settings there is a setting where u can manually shut down remote wire

It should be a solid blue wire if I'm not mistaking

That's a very unique looking sub, love how it fits like a glove back there.

The line up have a lot in common. I'm interested in the zcon (need a refresh), is there a huge difference in how it will perform compared to before?

Yeah ported does have more output, but your limited to space so the game changes a little. Possible you can fit 2 10s in a ported box- this will probably have the best results.
When I had my single cab 95 Chevy, I had a pair of 12s slim mb quart subs in a sealed enclosure and for what it was, it sounded very clean and tight and got loud "enough". It was just limited to playing tons of bass because I knew I would blow them if I kept a bass song on for too long.

Why not find another same 12 and build a sealed box? Or buy 2 12 of some other type with a sealed box? After all your not chasing the low
1 -
So does the box stretch across the cab or just behind the driver seat?

How much for both?
wats your PayPal?
