Custom Box Specs and Bracing Help

60(Wide)x19(Height)x41(Deep) Its about 14.9cuft according to the specs.
  4. I will be building my first custom box for a Fi Q15. I will be putting it in a 1994 Toyota Camry. The cargo space is 14.9 cuft, I will edit my post later knowing the actual dimensions I know there are a lot of experts on this forum that can give me some helpful advice on how to prepare the box and how to correctly brace it. I have used a layout generator online and I was wondering if these dimensions were suitable for it. Net Volume: 3.3 cubic feet Tuning Frequency: 32 Hz Port Width: 4.75 inches Port Area: 78.375 Square Inches Port Length: 55.25 inches External Dimensions: 28 wide x 18 tall x 26.75 deep. Color Count Width Height Top/Bottom 2 28 inches 26.75 inches Red 1 22.5 inches 16.5 inches Yellow 1 26 inches 16.5 inches Black 1 26.5 inches 16.5 inches Green 1 26.75 inches 16.5 inches Teal 2 20.5 inches 16.5 inches Violet 1 0 inches 16.5 inches Heres the original link to it. http://www.subwoofertools.com/forum/port.....mp;Fs=&CE=0 I would take any modifications to my build to help me construct it. FYI my set up is a Fi Q15 @1ohm powered by a Autotek SS1500.1D. I am looking more for LSQ but I want to go ported.

Fi Q still not recieved the tracking number

Okay. Thanks Also would giving the FI 1500w @ 1ohm for daily driving too much for it? For driver displacement is it listed on the site just as displacement? I'm sorry I'm new to box building and semi-new to car audio.
  6. My payment for my Fi Q w/ bp power was cleared on April 10th. I still have not received a UPS tracking number via e-mail. I used Paypal to make the purchase. Would my location be the problem of this delay? I live in IL btw.

    Fi Q15 Enclosure Halp!

@Creyc how hard is it to create a custom box? I have some woodworking experience and access to a table saw. @Denalilvr I looked at the amp for the longest time and debated over getting that or the Autotek...I am getting the Autotek because it is only 254 with shipping included so that had me a buyer right there. I want to go ported but I don't think I can get one for under $60 that is 2.8-4 Cuft >.>
  8. I am getting a Fi Q15 dual 2 running at 4ohms. I matched the sub with a Autotek 1900.1D mono block. I was wondering whether to go ported or sealed. I know ported is louder but it is hard for me to track down a enclosure online and I can't locate a local shop to make a custom one for me. Is it worth it to go ported or no? If so can you show me a great site that has good prices to get a box that would fit the q15. Also any comments on my set up would be greatly appreciated. FYI I am on a 650 budget. If anyone knows of any amp that is cheaper and more realizable then the 1900.1D please say. Here are the specs to the FI: DUAL 1 | DUAL 2 Fs: 25.9 Hz | 24.9 Hz Re: 0.7 Ohms/coil | 1.4 Ohms/coil Qms: 5.64 | 5.72 Qes: .54 | .54 Qts: .49 | .49 Mms: 257g | 279g Cms: 0.15mm/N | 0.15mm/N Sd: 810cm^2 | 810cm^2 Vas: 135 l | 135 l Spl: 88.2dB 1W/1m | 87.7dB 1W/1m Bl: 10.4 N/A | 15.1 N/A Xmax: 27mm Rms: 1000W Sealed box: 2-2.6 cuft Ported box: 2.8-4 cuft @ 28-33Hz Sub OD: 15.625
