Thanks man. Ok so here's an update. I've been trying to eat Alot more, I have spagetti and pasta alot, I eat microwaved chicken breasts, egg and sausage biscuits/croissants, steak every two days, and chicken salad. Everything has been everyday so far, (except the steak) but havent gained weight yet. As for my cardio, I kind of have to do all of the running because I'm apart of future soldiers where army recruits are getting me ready for basic training in the army. So we do alot of running and cardio. And my weightlifting still hasn't really changed I can do 220lbs benchpress 10 times so when I tried 230 it was only 2, 3 times. O.o Curls I kinda gained, used to do 50lbs 10 times I've moved up to 65lbs 5 times. I think if I stick to this gameplan I will get big right? Sure will unless u have tape worms. You will also have to do some physical work in to get to those muscle fibers. Building lean mass will take long but its a bit contreversial; some might say ur working against urself. Still its the healthy way. Bodybuilders will many times just focus on size the whole year followed by a 12-18 week diet. Not that i follow it, but based on the current trend u will notice the guys are huge but many of them have a belly and peronally thats the last thing i want. If rather gave a even build and avoid the crash diets they follow

Agree with u but its a case of use what u have, and to be fair they dont sound bad for what they are designed for.

I am a fan of the BSN and ON products, take some multi vids lots of water and dont skimp on the greens. Almonds, oats, egg white red patato fish chicken lean meat etc. Peanut butter is actually a healthy snack. Avoid any fats as its hard to burn. I do kill the ice-cream as well but people strongly advise against it. Here is is my supp list at the moment Multi vid ON pro complex or 100% whey On Amino(great for helping you drink more water to process all the added stuff). BSN NoXplode bsn syntha-6 as a meal replacement or snack some creatine Nuun I also do cycling so thats alot of endurance once a week. Nuun is basically something you pop in water and it replenishes electrolytes. During a cycling session I will drink about 3litres of water 500ml of which will be Nuun about alway into the ride. Also eat a lot of food but make sure its somewhat healthy and again avoid the fats. Cut down on fats at night time as well. Currently I am at 105KG and 6ft Hit the gym 2-3 times a week and one session of cardio on the wknd. Then lastly if you dont care about looking good and just want size follow your frnds advise and dine at the big M or the local fried chicken shop a few times a day.

That is good to know, which model do you have and what do you think about the xti? It will only ever see sub duty. Do u think i should get the 4000 or the 2000? My current breaker wont take the 4000 at full tilt but maybe one day a ib is in the works...but by then i might want a new amp.

Amp willl still do its stuff below 20hz? Or is it like the infra where it reduce signal sharply

Awsome, what freq would u recommend? It will see some music as well but my main music rig is the headphones. I could tune lower no problem.

yeah but its ported bro, it will be two BL 12's to be exact for HT use. Not sure if there will be any signal from the amp as the freq response states 20Hz

Does the NEO 8 have a typical PA sound or will it make me happy when I dont want my ears to bleed? Also will the mags fit in a 6.5" hole or will I do them injustice(dont want to cut metal). Im ok with work, was thinking of doing some epoxy carbon if i do it, but its screwing up exspensive parts that worry me. Cars are very expensive here in singapore. Example my lancer will be 80k here when it will likely only cost around 15k or so in the us due to taxes and licencing. To make it worse u can only keep ur car for 10years. Sucks right

Double mdf almost certainly means cut door cards/plastics. Will i be losing alot with the sixes. Based on the charts it doesnt look too different but we all know in the real world things are different

I want those 8's but really dont want to cut metal. Door cards are ex to replace if i screw up, but doors will be another storie. Ill open the doors over the wknd to have a peak there again. Jacob did ur sg guy order any? Hard to get ahold of him these days.

Is those the Hybrid L1 pros ??? I was in competition this past weekend with a very similar setup (sounded Great) ... Very nice ... Yeah had the opportunity to hear the hybrids once, loved them though apparently they needed some tuning to get right. These however are some cheapies from the CDT CL-62 range. The tweets are real nice but the mids could be better. Great speakers for the price. They are about in the same class as the focal A1's but the tweeters are still nicer while the A1's has nicer mids.

i was stretching a low budget when i bought my speakers but here is what i have experience with. also check out zaphaudio.com for info of mid and tweets. i used a dayton nd20 (linked above) with my tangband w4 4", it fills in the very top end pretty nicely. m5 recommended, Aurasound NT1-204-8D 3/4" Titanium Dome Tweeter, as a metal dome alternative to the nd20. i use to run peerless 8309873" fullrange, in a 2way. used fountek fr88ex in my bro's installed this summer.. not sure if im ready to decide which i liked more between these and the peerless. i've seen people use aurans3's w/ a tweeter in afew builds. definitively a cheaper option. (in black) that might give you some idea's, let us know what you think. m5 might have some better options, just wanted to bump your thread up a bit I do not know that processor but having a quick look at the specks it will appear that you can only do 3-way and not 3-way plus sub unless you go semi active. I may be wrong but just a though. From my experience the best way to go 3way active +sub on the cheap is to use a D2. ***not that you mentioned sub or any thing but I just assumed that every one on here loves some bump. Madisound has some killer morel tweeters as well for a good price but they are known to be a bit power hungry.

Not to be funny but I recon you should clean all that shit up first before doing any thing else. Kind of a shame to have a cool car like that falling apart? Not to mention god damned dirrrty. Just to so I dont completely go off topic here is my input. You have plenty of space on the dash for fiber pots and you will not be covering too many vents if any on there. Second option; I really do like my pillar pods.
