ya your customers are very wise.. my installer confirmed should work just fine thx now from "Your" exsperience should a 110 amp alt work with two biggish deepcycle batts using only around 2000RMS into 1 ohm from the saz 3000 D or am a I better of with a diff amp? the plan is to power two BL 12;s but my electrical is weak and here where i live its about as stong as it will get..not to mention i pay about double for everything you guys use... at least the amps are very reasonable here

so wireing shouldnt be a problem? if i end up going with the saz as mentioned above and use the 110 alt using OEM alt will that be enough with the two bats?

ok I found someone that are willing to make me a backet.. they use to make a lot of these in the old days apparently now the guy is conserned that the wiring might not be compatible with my ECU. the plan is to run a SAZ - 3000D at 2000RMS into 1 0hm. Reason why im not going for a t2000BD is simply cos i can get the saz for cheaper "New" the other option the guy said was to get a factory alt but they only go upto 110 AMP and add two deepcycle batts.. will this be enought? im starting to pull my hair out over this. thx

if you get the 9887, you wont need the 701 the 9887 wont even work with the 701, all you need to go active, is already built in, you can go for a 3 way active system and (inofficial) use imprint, official imprint only works with a 2way setup, but thats bs what is the inofficial imprint? and 3-way i.e. 2way + sub?

ya i actually use to have a kenwood 2 back in the day, but here every one is alpine and pioneer crazed. did considder the p80 as well but imaho id rather get the 9887 for that money. can this deck you are referring run active? 2-way +sub? may i know the model you are referring 2 pls? thx

so is it safe to say that it can be done safely? or would you guys recommend i go with another unit that can run active? i dont want to turn the knob 5 times to get a good volume either my current sony if i turn it to twenty its about where i want it. btw if i change i cant take double din unfortunatly

if i use a 5 M RCA will that change any thing? The thing is i really want to go active a this thing comes with coper chasis and what not. will a 9887 with a 701 be a better option?

hi im planning to get 2x fi BL12's (cooling + flatwind)but live on a isolated island and every thing is pretty hard to comebuy. the plan is to get a saz 3000 d to run them but my electrical will struggle. till then... so how will 1750 RMS into 1 ohm push them for the time being? and lets say i build a fart box and use only one woofer will it take 2000 RMS into 0.5 ohms for 3 seconds or so? thx in advanse

Hi Guys, So I want a SaZ 3000D and nothing else. problem is i know my electrical might or might not make it. All i Need (for the time being) is 2000RMS into 1 ohm problem is; im half way around the world and no one is doing a alt for my car. at the moment im pushing 1200 RMS (mono only) into 2ohms and dont have any problems with my all stock electrical the plan is to get the big 3 done and two identical deepcycle battery's im planning to push the 2x BL 12's if any one would want to know my current amp will do 1750 RMS into 1 ohm but somehow i think a big amp working not so hard will give better results then a smaller one driven to its max ?? + its a sundown so i got to have it. might be the old model (if that will make a difference)as not many people use it in these parts so they might have been on the shelve for a while. So can this be done? thx in advanse any advise are welcome

i was afraid that might be the case. i only need 2000 RMS at 1 ohm. and only use it while driving. what is the mimum alt size recommended to use this amp at full potentioal....along with two deepcycle batts. i have a amp that will do 1750RMS into 1 ohms and 2000RMS into 0.5 would you suggest i rather keep it. its a so-so amp opti 2000D i think one of the models originally desighned by ZED <this might or might not be. maybe my ass is just itchy but i really wish i could run the saz savely

thx guys.. i think stock is a puny 85 amps with my current setup its resting around 13.7 for most of the time and hardly ever touch 12 unless i abuse it a bit
