    Yellow Gatorade.. Monster rehab lemonade and tea. Only things i drink aside from alcohol and water.

    Quick question though, I recently installed a 240 amp alternator, do you think that the OEM single run of 0 guage power wire that is running from my alternator to the batteries in the trunk can temporarily support the 240 amp alternator for about a week until I come back from vacation and have a chance to install my second run of 0 guage wire? I heard that about 20 feet of copper 0 guage wire can only handle 175 amps... So I am worried

    I have already upgrade the grounds (engine --> chassis) and (battery --> chassis), I just never had the chance to upgrade the positive wire.

    And for what it is worth, the oem alternator that was feeding off of the oem 0 guage wire was 150 amps.

    I run a single run of 1/0 and a singer 250 amp alt. No issues so far? I'm not saying that's the right thing to do but it works fine for me.

    Ok so i read every single page of the last build log. How come you never put those black vette rims on? I also liked how you wrapped the whole car in vinyl. Im pretty excited to see how the tridents rack up against the zcons. I'm very partial to ssa but dss is very very close. I'm going to follow this build for sure.

    both builds? One was audio,one was putting the car back together.

    I still have them. I need to buy tires for them. I never drive the car, so it wasn't priority, then I started the s10 build and the car got set a side.

    I looked at the one where you put the car back together. Took the system out. Im halfway through the other one. Its a crazy long build log lol.

    Have you tried to model it to see what works with that size enclosure. Right now I have a box that is 3.51 @ 30.88hz with 54in^2 of port area for an Icon, wanted more port area but trunk space wouldn't allow it. With the Cadillac you have room for days.

    My only working computer is an ibook g3, i'm not sure what would run on something that old

    Its time they make a decent app to model with.

    Got out on the boat with my father in law and the boys twice Saturday, I reeled 9 bass that were big enough to keep. And Wyatt (my youngest, about to turn 4) managed to wrestle one into the boat as well.

    Except you DON'T keep bass. Throw them back, let them get big. Eat something else.

    Bass are some of the best eating fish there is.

    Yeah from 12in icons to 15in zcons. Its a big jump i know. And no,ive never heard zcons but every single thing ive read is just about every who,runs these, its their fav sub. If not their fav its 1,of their,favs. Box is 7cu @33hz. Im,still useing my bc2000 for now ill be getting a bc5500 in a couple months

    Your going to be amazed. Zcons are nasty man. Even on that 2k you will be impressed. The guy i sold mine to had it on a jl 250/1 until he upgraded and it was shocking how loud it was on that. Great choice man looking forward to hearing your opinion.
