It's definitely got to be getting more difficult to be an internet brand... Social media presence is everything in today's world. No longer is it word of mouth so to speak with the forums. And with there being fewer and fewer shops it's hard. At one point the city I live in had 5 local shops doing car audio plus 3 big box corporate stores as well. Now we have 1 corporate store with a little bit in it that it doesn't really advertise and one local shop that will order stuff in when asked.

Love the bike. But at the -20 celcius we've had, and the snow/ice biking is out. And I don't have an exercise bike to use. Gotta use what I have available. Once camping hits this summer I'll spend a lot of time on my bike.

Yes social media platforms have been much more popular with the younger generations than old school forums. Which is unfortunate IMO. In comparison a forum managed such as this one, all of the content is nicely sorted and organized. Everything can be found. With social media platforms such as FB it sorts what it wants to to show, doesn't show things it chooses not too, moves things around etc... Finding specific posts and information can be difficult and frustrating. But, opening your FB app, and having the most popular posts show up in your feed, feeds the immediate gratification that people are so addicted to. As opposed to navigating to different sites, and scrolling through forums/topics/threads/posts to find specific content.

The way I see it, is quality over quantity. And welcome to the site.

Thanks Aaron, been trying to get stronger. Consistency is key. Had some crappy sleeps last couple nights, and it's shown in the workouts. Was struggling to make it past 4 reps at 325 on squats this morning. Had to scale it back a touch. Which is not what I wanted, but, was necessary. Yesterday's pull routine was absolutely taxing on the body. And left me so drained. It felt amazing. I've started skipping again too. Downloaded a simple interval timer on my phone to use to set up work and rest intervals. So now I alternate between that and using the elliptical. Hoping I can get the discipline to start jogging in the spring again.

Depends on what voice coils configuration the sub is. If it's dual 1 ohm then wiring in parallel definitely can. Again, we need to know which voice coils the sub has before giving any specific recommendations.

Wow, well, it's hard to help without knowing for sure the voice coil configuration on the sub. Guessing if he was saying half ohm, it's likely a dual 1 ohm configuration, which hooked up in parallel would be a nominal half ohm load. The hifonics amps work, they're not the best, but will do the job. If the sub is dual 1 ohm you could always wire the voice coils in series for a 2 ohm nominal load. Which, according to hifonics will yield 2000 watts from that amp. If you need wiring diagrams on the different wiring configurations etc let us know. Also, do you have an enclosure for the sub, or need to get one? What are you putting this in? The more info you give us, the more help we can offer. Pics can help too. Best of luck, and hope we can get you to where you need to be.

ah, hope things can turn around. IT's hard, but stay the course, be the positive role model and influence she needs. It'll pay off in the long run.

That sucks when a parent uses their kid as a pawn in a seperation. Teaching manipulative behaviours is terrible. Hope things turn around.

This morning's leg press session: 305x15, 485x15, 575x15, 665x15, 735x12, 805x10 Felt really good. Hitting that last set of 10 left me feeling completely exhausted, and wobbly for sure. Had to take a full 5 minute rest before moving on to the rest of the workout. Absolutely love leg press days.

Yes they are. And the longer they can drag out the battle, the more they get to charge. Remember, the first thing any lawyer looks after is their own pocket book...

Well, it's Jan 1st, just got home from out of town, and I'm in the garage gym putting in work. Hump day leg day, traditional deadlifts and squats are on the menu. Gonna feel great in the morning...

Enclosure Design for SSA Icon 12

Absolutely. I've always stuck in the 30-34 Hz range for tuning with great results. And I don't even know what decaf is. Always just listen to good old music. SSA won't steer you wrong. They know their stuff.

Having worked in the insurance business previously, handling the "extended warranty" insurance plans that electronic stores sell everyone on, I would never deal with Apple. The worst of any company.

Always good when you can find something that works. And kudos on not resorting to the overuse of medication.

Picked up my Christmas present today. Or most of it rather. Grabbed a power rack/cage. Has a multi grip pull/chin up bar, 4 j hooks (1000 lb rated hooks) and box safeties (1500 lb rated) As well a 700 lb rated Olympic bar with some rubber coated plates. Have on order to come later this week or next week is more rubber coated weight plates (guys stock was very depleted), and a high/low pulley attachment to install onto the back of the cage. Finally getting the garage gym where I want it to be.
