Sorry to hear of your loss Sean.
We've been lucky locally with very low numbers. Hoping it stays that way.

Sean, surprised you went with a tiller rather than something with a console and controls. Nice looking boat. Should give lots of years of enjoyment.

my daily is a minivan that I can't sacrifice any space in due to having three kids, and constantly travelling out of town to visit family and needing the space to pack everything we own into the vehicle every time...
Would love to just be able to put a simple single 12" off of about 600 watts, but not to be.

Looking awesome man. Wish I had a project vehicle. Looking forward to more progress pics. Keep at it.

Upper push today.
Incline bench
Standing barbell OHP
Weighted dips
Superset: cable fly with standing dumbbell OHP
Superset: pike press with push ups
Last set of the workout I couldn't make it past 12 push ups I was so exhausted. Felt great.

My tastes in music are so varied. I bounce back and forth between 90's country, metal, EDM/dubstep, hip/hop rap, rock, 90's dance/pop etc...
Really just depends on my mood, and what I'm doing. Sitting at the campfire or fishing it's the country, ripping around on the boat pulling the tube it's 90's era dance, working out is EDM/dubstep, metal, rap, driving is generally rock.

Keep at it.
I'm onto an adjusted summertime routine. Not hitting it as hard. Did a 4 day week this week. Still got in everything I wanted. Just spending a lot of time camping with the family.

Nice that your kid wants to design and build something.
My oldest asked his mom if we could get a boat. So, guess who just got his operators card/certificate and bought a boat? Yep, should be able to pick it up next week.
This expense was NOT in my plans, yet, here we are. Hopefully going to be a lot of fun summers ahead.

Was an awesome father's day as it was also my youngest son's birthday yesterday.
Celebrated his 4th birthday with a visit to my parents, then to my wife's parents.
Spent some time at my parents out in the field pushing round hay bales around for a quick workout. Got the younger 2 involved and trying their best. Was awesome.
Then to the in law's where we had a "birthday party" for the youngest. Just us, the in law's and the brother in law's family. Lot's of fun, water balloon fight, beer drinking and BBQ. Doesn't get any better.

Once you get the bug on home gym stuff, hold on tight, you will never have a positive bank account again... I've got an "equipment fund" jar on top of my fridge in the garage... If I don't have the cash in the jar for it, I don't buy it. Otherwise, I'd be in some serious trouble with what I want to buy.

I have received gifts from people on here that are more personal and thoughtful than one could imagine. Those are awesome.
So it isn't really I don't like gifts, but I don't like the idea that gifts are necessary on certain days. Out of the blue gifts that have meaning are always welcome and by far the best kind to give.
This. 100% agree.
I would rather someone just spend time with me for holidays, than buy me "something" just for the sake of giving me a gift. I have this argument with my wife around my birthday and Christmas every year. Her family just wants to see me open "gifts" but never take the time really understand who I am so that the gifts have meaning. It's just what they can fit in their budget.

My dad's on it for inflammation among other things. But the fluid retention from it causes swelling iirc.

Prednisone will cause swelling. It's called prednisone bloat, also makes you less tolerant to heat, and causes sweating. My dad's been on that shit for 10+ yrs, and it's not meant to be a long term med... But with his health issues they have no cure, just treat symptoms, and it's the only thing that works.

Always feels great. Definitely have some stiffness in the quads this morning, second day after legs is always the worst. But, it's manageable. Need to do some stretching in a bit. Got in a decent shoulder/arm workout in this morning already.
I think this evening at work we're doing pushups. Looking at likely 10 sets of 30 is what we settled on challenge wise, so long as we get posted together again.

Keep at it dem beats. It's awesome to hear about the changes you've made.
Hit a decent leg routine yesterday right before heading in to work (deadlifts, squats, quad extensions, hamstring curls, calf raises) then when I got to work a buddy of mine challenged me to a lunge challenge. 3 sets of 100 walking lunges later and my legs felt like jelly. Spent half my shift standing because I was afraid if I sat down I wouldn't be able to stand back up...

No. But then, none of your listed choices will. The choice that comes closest would be the pair of ampere 2.5rve 12's rated at 800 watts EA
The gcon is rated for 950 watts.

And there's nothing wrong with being Dutch, one whole side of my family is from the Netherlands.
And it's always fun to mess with each other when lifting. My coworkers and I do this when getting in lunch workouts in our staff gym.

I tell my lifting bro that the only reason he got in shape is due to his evil Dutch heritage and their genetic testing done with the germans. The goal is to make each other laugh while trying to lift heavy while spotting them so that we can call them a pussy for not focusing.
I don't know why that's a game but it is.

Only one spot left locally with flour. A little a la carte style store down on the university campus that caters to students.
But for some odd reason stocks 40 lb bags of flour. Sells them for $18.99
Also the only place with yeast. Sells it in a large quantity as well.
Picked up some of both. I'm good for the next year or more.

My wife and 12 year old won't touch them either. Which I find hilarious, since she grew up fishing with her dad, and our 12 year old used to handle the fish up to last year...
We definitely eat more fish in the summer when we're catching it and cooking it fresh.
