It has a Mechman 240A alternator, Diehard Platinum 31M AGM battery, and big 3 completed in it. Running a JVC arsenal KD-A845BT deck, with Kenwood KFC-P709PS components and KFC-X173 coaxes powered off the deck (nothing fancy, but wasn't looking to kill my check book over door speakers.) I have a RF1500BDCP amp installed and SSA ZCON12 D2 (currently enroute to me). Box for ZCON is currently in the planning stage, but will be a ported wedge box tuned at 31HZ right at 3 cubes after port…

Hey guys, not much of a computer person but I read a lot of threads here when I need info, so I figured it was time to join. I Hail from Madison, WI but moved to sw Kansas a couple years ago for work as an airplane mechanic. Car audio is a weekend hobby for me so my knowledge is fairly limited. Working on a sealed trunk build for my two Fi BL's as we speak. Have a few questions about amp/ headunit settings and adjustments so will be posting in the near future. Hey, im new to this I got a 98 expedition with 7inch touch screen with a clarion eq 0guage autotek m4000.1, American bass vfl4480 haven decided which One I wantto keep in, 2x12's xcons.. evolution audio dx300.4 for my doors Which is pioneers ts g8644. I dont like them dont know who to switch to 6 Rockford tweeters. Im pretty much on here looking for advise on a couple of Issues I'm having, 1. Light dimming, 2. Altenator whine, 3. I NEED A BOX, lol Anyone input would be much appreciated.....

Hey guys and gals. Just signed up so here is my official introduction. My names Mike, I'm a 36 year old family man and have been into audio since the late 80's. I got sucked into it by my much older brother who was an installer back in the 80's and early 90's and had a love for it way before I could drive. I got out of it all together for several years when I started a family and then dove back in a couple years a go when I started building up my 06 Sierra to go to shows. My moto with my systems is "Stay small and get loud" meaning I have a personal goal to try and get loud with smaller subs while on an average Joe budget... Whats up guys? Found out about this forum through the Fi website, and its by far some of the most useful info on car audio on the net! I just recently received my BLs the other day and im really excited to get them hooked up to say the least lol. My old subs were CVXs so im sure these will be a bit louder but gotta upgrade the rest of the system before I load them. Anyway glad to join guys!
