Head Unit: Pioneer DEX-P9 with DEQ-P9 Seperates: Undecided (maybe Boston Pro) Seperates amp: Sundown 100.4 or 100.2 Subs: 2 Phoenix Gold 12ti Elite (1.6 cu.ft sealed each sub) Sub amp: 2 Sundown 1500D or 1 3000D Vehichle: 1997 Dodge Ram SLT 4x4 Ex cab (Blue) Stock 117 alt and stock Batt. Kicker o gage amp wiring kit Any info about charging system would be great! Thanks in advance

Hi , Well I'm from The Netherlands , Car-Audio is a hobby of mine for over 10 years now , specifically the low end gets al lot of attention and I've made MANY sub enclosures . I drive a Peugeot 306 GTI-6 , a 10 year old hot hatch which crancks out about 200 Bhp out of its little 2-liter engine and revs up to 7200 RPM , no audio is running in it at the moment because I've been too busy building for others . here's a little pic of the car : maybe a few pics of stuff I made for friends Tempest-X on a Brax 2000x: Shiva-X on a Xetec P2 evo : 2 boschmann 15" Nuke's on a Beyma 3600 RL: the old soloX : I obviously made a lot more ...cant post em all

Lol in other words...respect to everyone here old and new, here and gone. This is a deep craft that stays highly criticized and scrutinized by many. Some of us just prefer loud music to loud mufflers! This is a new year and happy bumpin' to everyone.... long and low!

I recently purchased two 18in Zcons and 1 RF T2500-BDCP(for now, saving to get another in near future) to put in my 2000 Jeep. I can`t wait to hear how these Zcons r going to sound . This will be my second box build.

I've been into car audio for awhile now and got my first system a couple of months ago, but I'm now looking into new equipment and looking to get louder. missed this forum when I registered, but I can already see this is a great site I've been an audio enthusiast for nearly 15 years and have mostly dealt with mobile audio, but I'm also getting into Pro-Audio as well.....my other interests include working on my car/racing, and guitar....I hold a BS in Math & Physics and teach HS math

I'm planning a system. So far, it's gonna be a havoc 12 with some sort of sundown powering it. Here's my issue: when it comes to ohms and all that other stuff, I'll admit I get a little confused. I was planning my system based on a simple premise: If amplifier A puts out X amount of watts at 2ohms, and you pair it with a 2ohm sub, you would get X amount of watts. Easy enough, right? Well now, I'm getting the impression that things go further than that. I had planned on getting a sundown 3500D amp, considering it puts out 1,750w at 2ohms. That with the 12" havoc 2ohm sub would be a nice fit, right? (AA states the havoc to be 1,250RMS and I could go easy on the amp power) B…

Howdy folks! My name is Ken, and I'm from Ada, Michigan. At 41 I've seen and heard alot in car audio. I spent a few years installing in local shops and in my garage. My first system consisted of: a Hitachi 321AR tape deck. a Concord CA30-4 amp, a pair of Polk 6x9's in the rear deck, and a pair of Bazooka 6 1/2" Bass Tubes in the trunk. That stuff was transported in a '77 Chrysler Cordoba (I was 18..). These days, I roll around in a 2006 KIA Spectra. I'm constantly experimenting with my gear, trying new ideas and components. Hello all, I'm not new to mobile audio, but it sure feels like it. Ran my last setup fo ten years or so. Traded the Yukon for a Land Rover, now I hafta start over. Just feelin lost, the names I used to know don't appear to be what they once were. I have never dealt with comps before, now I have a 3way set in the front and 2way in the back to replace as they are shot. I have decided that a 10" DCON is what will be out back. I just hafta figure out which way to go on mid/high. If I ask stupid/tired questions please bare wth me. Thanks, Kevin

Hey everyone, I drive a 96 3.0l V6 Camry xle 4 door and I got into the car audio game about 4 months ago when i bought a bunch of stuff off Craigslist for 100 bucks. I bought 2 jl 12w0's, a box tuned to ? freq with about 3 cubes of space, a 4 channel amp that I'm bridging off 2 (I have no idea about wattage or anything about the amp, I can't find on google anywhere), 4 gauge amp kit, 2 coaxial polk speakers, and 2 3-way fosgate 6x9's. I have been playing that for the last four months and now i just am craving so much more. It just doesn't do it for me and I have big plans (for me) for my next build.
