Hi everybody. After almost two years of following/searching the thread I've decided to start posting. I'm in Broken Arrow, OK and have been addicted to all things audio for as long as I can remember. Outside of mobile audio I build tube/valve amplifiers and hornloaded loudspeakers.

well, i signed back up after the crash and i figured id share my progress here. i have a 15" fully loaded BTL in a 4 cubes @ 34 hz box, ma audio hk4000d modded to .7 ohms, type x componants, ma audio hk398. the box is finished and carpeted and now im going to start on the false floor, install the second batt, upgrade the wiring, and tune it up. im going to be getting an alternator within the next month.

Hello SSA, I'm new to this site, but been on CA for awhile now. (under the same name) hoping to fill my head with more usefull (and worthless) knowlage (sp?) from some of you guys. i'm also gearing up for install time later in march once the weather gets nice. so i'll be looking for more stuff round here too. is there any other faces from CA that i might know here?

just wanted to introduce myself somewhat to everyone on this forum. i'd normally be on CSO but since that is down i needed a new place to lurk and well it seems like this would be a good place. a few members here i recognize and most i don't. i'm not a big poster so i usualy only post on things i feel i could try to help people with and what not. yeah so well back to my lurking!

Hey everyone I am new to the forum. I have a few questions that I am hoping some of you will be able to help me out with. I am currently running two power coustik mofo 10's on 1000 rms. I am looking to upgrade. I am trying to decide between the Fi ssd and DD's 2500 series. I am leaning towards a single 12. I was contemplating between a single 12 and a single 15 but the ssd 15 calls for 3.5-4 cubes for a slotted enclosure. I don't think it will fit in my trunk. I am pretty confident that the overall dimensions would fit however it is initially getting it into my car that has me worried. Another thing that has me worried is that I have tried contacting Fi two different time…

hello everyone, first time on this forum and want to ask a quick question. im thinking about getting a Rockford T20001bd and 2 fi Qs 12. Is this a good set up and how would i wire it? Dual 1 or dual 2?

Whats up guys? I've always had a car stereo system, just the basic mainstream stuff and here lately I've been really getting into the unknown brands of car audio. Unknown where I live anyways. I just acquired anightshade 18 and am going to purchase another one and see how long it takes to beat my truck to death. I'm not here to pretend like I know it all or anything like that, I'm here to learn from the best! Please school the youngster guys. Just ordered a FI BTL 15" and a Hifonics Brutus BXI2008D to give it the juice and bought a prefab box just as temporary enclosure until i can order the other BTL and Brutus amp to make a custom box.
