helloooooo everyone.Im from Saskatchewan Canada this is my first time joining a car audio forum. ive been around car audio for around 8 years but just recently got serious with it and ordered 2 18" icons!!!!! looking forward to reading this vast wealth of knowledge and learn as much as possible.

Signed up as I'm setting up my '96 Bronco. Was in the mobile audio game in the 90's but have been out for a while. Working on collecting the equipment I don't yet have but need.

Hello. Found this place while doing research on my first sound quality type build. Lots of great info and ideas here. Always loved car audio, just finally got to the point in my mid 30's to want something that actually sounds nice rather than just goes loud and rattles your head lol. Just found this site due to a search containing ESX Amps made by Zed Audio.

Looking to start a new sound system build. Wondering if 2 Fi btls can run a 4000-5000 watt amp for each sub ? I previously had 2 Alpine type x's which i loved.

What's up everybody , I have a '94 saturn sl2 and have used dynamat xtreme and dynaliner on the floorpan and doors to quiet it down considerably. Also had major work done on my alternator to strengthen that weak link. Next up will be to upgrade the security system. I hope to learn a lot from this site, thanks to all yall.

New to the forum, I just ordered a pair of GCON 12" D4 to be powered by a pair of Infinity Kappa One amps. They'll be going in a new box that I plan to build which will sit in the trunk of my 2011 Dodge Charger R/T.

So my name is Dejan i am from Slovenia (Central Europe). i am 25 years old and i like car audio.

To start i think the forum rules are hilarious there was no pulling punches but sensible nonetheless. I drive a 2012 jeep compass with the uconnect and boston acoustic amplified 9 speaker system. I have had a few different sub stages, quite a few different head units and a couple coaxials i have also done around 7 installs for experts and am learning everything as time goes on. I listen to literally every type of music which makes picking my equipment interesting and i am also broke thereby making it even harder. Hey guys. I'm Dane. Was told by swagger_wagon468 to join here. Met him a couple weeks ago and we got to talking about my rig. I'm pretty new into the SPL world, and audio in general, so I'm not the smartest on the subject, but everyone has to start somewhere right? My first system was a cool concept. The box was built inside of the back seat. Sealed, had like .75 cubic ft of space. Was a Pioneer shallow mount 10". Blew that in a week. Went to a Memphis shallow mount 12", blew 7 of those and Memphis told me they wouldn't warranty them anymore. Then I went to a JL Audio 13tw5. Was a great speaker, I just wanted more, and the Kicker ZX750.1 was pushing the limits of that sub…
