Hi all at SSA. Recently got a new car, and making some audio changes. I was leasing a 2010 Rogue that I put RSD coaxs in, and a Planet Audio P2250D powering two SA-10s. Got out of the lease, and in to an 07 Altima 2.5s. Big difference going from an open enviroment back to a trunk. Still have the SA-10s, now using a Cadence ZRS-C65 since the PA blew some mosfets. Switching the coaxs for comps powered by a DSC480. Anyway, Im sure Ill have some questions along the way, and will share what I can as things are done. Not sure what else to add here in an intro thread.

Hey guys, I'm a 19 year old college student who loves some clean bass. I listen to mainly southern rap and oldschool hip hop. Anything from S.U.C to Wu-Tang. I currently have 2 12'' memphis c3 subs on a memphis mc1.1100 amp in a ported factory box. They hit hard, but I want something less punchy... something thats smooth, deep, and rich. I'm liking what ive seen and heard about the 15'' AA Havoc. Anyway, just stopping in saying what up, and hope everyone has a good day.

After hearing about the SA8's from a buddy decided to sign up and catch up. Stepped out of Car audio over a decade ago. Figure 1 SA8 in a shebalt will be decent enough from what i can tell by all the videos.

Hello fellow bassheads. I'm new and wanted to show off my system. It's not complete yet I was just dying to hear it. My build consists of Xs power d3100 under the hood, xs power d375 behind seat, all 0 gauge wires and big 3, kilmat (the thicker stuff), 2 12" SSA icons in 4.1 cu ft box, aeroport tuned to 32hz, 2 soundqubed U1-1500 amps (one to each sub). Nvx Loc tapped into rear door speakers. Audio control epicenter (for my Hank Williams and old country music). Sounds great in my F150.

Hey all. I have read some things I would like to know more about. Especially what people are doing with enclosure builds. I probably won't have much to add to any conversation, but I wanted to say that I am watching. I am a DCON 12" owner as well and will be looking at what others have done and experienced in their enclosure builds. Keep the info flowin!!!

What's fellow audiophiles. New from southeast Ohio. Been in the game mildly since 1998. Had kids drifted away came back and was like wtf happened. Fosgate, MTX, JL and Kicker no longer run the landscape. Still learning about these newer (to me) brands. Put an AB XFL 15 in my Durango on my 15 year old Diamond Audio Amps. I'll post the install later if there a sub for it. I went to Slamology last year and got the itch to go bigger so here I am. Hope I don't ask too many questions and am able to help out where I can.

I recently purchased two 18in Zcons and 1 RF T2500-BDCP(for now, saving to get another in near future) to put in my 2000 Jeep. I can`t wait to hear how these Zcons r going to sound . This will be my second box build.

Hi, I am effse7en (like spell check). I have a 98 Chevy Malibu, with an Alpine CDA-105 head unit and an Alpine Type-R 12" running off of an Eclipse XA-1200 amp. It's alright, but I think I might sell the setup to a friend and get 2 SA-8's on about 1000 watts. I found SSA because I was actually looking into the SA-8, and found the post about the pre-sale. Hello everyone. I am from southern maryland and love working on my truck. I work for a G.M. dealer so working on electrical and fixing vehicles (at work or home) is my thing. I love bumpin down the road and in my spare time i have a gas r/c boat i play with being as i also live on the water. My current project is my daily driver, a '98 s10 3 door. Currently it has 2 12" kicker cvx's, kicker zx500 amp (underpowered i know) and a kenwood headunit that is fully compatible with my Iphone. Hi Everyone !! It's been about 10 years or so since I've been in the Car Audio game. I used to run Fosgate and AVI stuff when I was younger ( I'm not old by any means) I moved to Home Theatre for the last while but I am now getting back to the Good Stuff I've met with 3 installers in my area, 1 of which I remember was around a long time ago. The vehicle is a Saturn Vue. We have decided on Focal/Audison setup with their Clarion DXZ945MP Unit to round it out. Either the Polyglass 6.5 Components or the K2P in the front along with an Access or Polyglas 13" in the rear custom boxed, all run by the Audison LRx 4.300.
