Hey, im new to this I got a 98 expedition with 7inch touch screen with a clarion eq 0guage autotek m4000.1, American bass vfl4480 haven decided which One I wantto keep in, 2x12's xcons.. evolution audio dx300.4 for my doors Which is pioneers ts g8644. I dont like them dont know who to switch to 6 Rockford tweeters. Im pretty much on here looking for advise on a couple of Issues I'm having, 1. Light dimming, 2. Altenator whine, 3. I NEED A BOX, lol Anyone input would be much appreciated.....

Hi, I'm Mick, new to this forum, not to audio...was an installer for about 16 years. Done a bunch of huge installs, including all the show vehicles for the shop I was at. Been out of it a couple years, and just miss the scene....Actually came on here because I was looking for a new sub to play with for my daily driver...just pre-ordered a Sundown SA-8, really intrigued me. Anyways, hope to get involved in some discussions on here, really love to talk audio!

found this website searching the web. i am trying to get a nice system together, and want to make sure i do it once and thats it for now...at least..lol.. i was gonna get 2 12" solo x's but hear that the rf t2's were better? than doing a little more research i found these speakers called fi btl's? now i dont what the heck to to..lol i currently bought a 2500.1 kicker amp. now looking for some subs.

Hi im Larry And i came across this forum looking for some hard hitting tens for my ford f-150 it is a 1995 model single cab .I do not have any of the equipment yet i am still looking, But i am leaning towards the ssa icon's but since it is a single cab i need something skinny. I have about 8-9 inch's of space to work with and i was just want something that hits hard and sounds good.

What's fellow audiophiles. New from southeast Ohio. Been in the game mildly since 1998. Had kids drifted away came back and was like wtf happened. Fosgate, MTX, JL and Kicker no longer run the landscape. Still learning about these newer (to me) brands. Put an AB XFL 15 in my Durango on my 15 year old Diamond Audio Amps. I'll post the install later if there a sub for it. I went to Slamology last year and got the itch to go bigger so here I am. Hope I don't ask too many questions and am able to help out where I can.

My vehicle is a 2005 Acura RSX. Currently have: Focal 165 kf's components Clarion DPX11551 JL Audio 300/4 In the process of picking up an FI BL, Alpine 9887, 1/0 wiring, and sound deadening. Will be doing the big 3 to start out and then looking into future upgrades for an aftermarket alternator. Unfortunately with the new Honda's/Acura's they have a dual mode charging system. What's up bass heads I've Ben lurking on the sight for I while now I've gained a lot of knowledge you guys are smart and entertaining at the same time but its time to ask a question of my own as I'm collecting items for my new build witch will consists of for DB drive k9 15s a bc3500 and all the electrical goodies for proper power but I'm stumped on my enclosure desighn witch is going in a 1995 Caprice I was thinking of 2 boxes built to specs and ported one on the left side of trunk facing in and the other on the right side facing inward as well and cutting out the whole in my back seat that is behind the arm rest and using it as a port into the port what do you guys thin…
