Just got my recone kits for my two old Beyond Audio X-ones. I got the glue with them as well, and was wondering how the clear liquid in the spray bottle, likely hardener, is used during the recone process? Anyone can shed some light on this? I tried to search to no avail. Thanks

hey i'm new here to the forums I discovered this website while on youtube and i doubt i'll ever leave. There so much information floating around on this website its amazing compared to most car audio sites where you have to sort though like 20 topics to find something decent. Anyway right now im just running a very basic setup which is a Alpine 9984 hu, 2 Kicker CVR 10's on a Rockford Fosgate 600watt amp, and some Pioneer door speakers in my 98' F150 extended cab. But soon i'm hoping to upgrade to hopefully a icon 15 with a sundown 1000d amp (the package on the ssa store website) anyway i just wanted to say hi to all!

hey everyone....names jimmy. I drive a 2001 Blazer and am from Baltimore, MD. Coming over here from ROE. Im a member of Team Revolution Car and Truck club of Maryland. Ive been into car audio since i was about 16 years old. I am getting ready to turn 21 in another month. I am currently running an Atomic APXX18 sub with a SS XXX-10000D pushing. I also have 2 sets of RE XXX6.5's on order and a Stetsom CD6100T 4 channel which should be in hopefully next week sometime. I ordered a Fi Q 12" like 9 mos ago and im finally getting around to installing it. I got my box done finally. http://s281.photobucket.com/albums/kk206/w...si/King%20Kong/ But my question is I forgot if I got the 1 ohm or 2 ohm speaker. I tried emailing Fi and get no response. I dont see anything on the speaker showing me anything and I need to know how to wire it to my SAE-1000D Can anyone help? Thanks, Brian

I've just been so damn busy since I moved back to my parents house 2 years ago. I'm going to school, working 25+hours a week, coaching high school football and baseball, playing hockey and softball, along with trying to have a life. To say the least I'm a bit busy. Hey all. New guy to the forum but not to stereos. I fell in love with bass when I was 12 and built my first system in my sisters car at 14. Built multiple stereos for multiple reasons and now I'm at it again soon starting my astro build. Just wanted to say Hey everyone, and give a quick rundown of my past. I used to run around in a 1995 Lincoln Town Car with an all Alpine setup. Type R components in doors and rear fill run off the headunit and 2 12" Type Rs with an mrp m-1000.. It was okay, but know it's time to step my game up... So i got a 2011 F-150 regular cab with JL Audio C5-570 components in the doors and C2-570 in the rear, powered off a JL XD 400/4. Just waiting for my 2 15" Lethal Injections to get delivered, I'll probably run them off the m-1000 for now until i save up for round 2
