Hi all! Just another new guy here, I have been into the scene for a few years though. I'm attempting to make the jump from fabricator to designer/tuner/fabricator. I have built cars from the ground up for years, even went to school for it, but have never done the audio side of the build. I just got a new toy, a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 regular cab. I know a regular cab isn't the optimal choice do to the lack of space, but I couldn’t pass up the deal. I need a complete new system so it's good that I was able to find this site b4 i made any reckless purchases. I need 2front and 2back speakers replaced. I also want a sub n amp that kicks HARD when i need it to but i can control the amount of bass easily. I've been looking at a single 12" VS12L7 kicker sub (2-OHM) in a SOLO-BARIC BOX with a HIFONICS BRUTUS BXi1608D 1600-Watt D-Class. Would this b a good combo for what I need? (sorry if my description on these 2 things dnt add up cuz i'm not sure wat any of this means). im also gonna need a new radio btw but i'll worry about that later

I'm at the car audio madness for something like 4 years, and in that short priod I used and replaced many stuff including Genesis amps, ZED amps, Rockford Amps, Pioneer P9 combo, Morel Tempo / Hybrid / Elate / Suprimo, Vifa woofers, Scan speak revelator sub, Hybrid audio Clarus, and much more The amps I loved the most were ZED amps, they are just great.
