Hey guys what's up...so I'm new to all this car audio forum stuff and am trying to fumble f__k my way through this post....so here it is...I am old school and have all old school shit....I'm looking at powering this beast of a system.....I have all of this in an 04 toyota tundra access cab limited.....basically I have around 20k of power needs....I'm running 2 DVC 10's by cerwin vega...2 DVC 12's by cerwin vega...3 different cerwin 6.5 component systems...head unit is 10.6 inch touchscreen with every bell and whistle imaginable....for power I'm old school also with a lanzar 8k velocity amp..(2 channel) for the 10's...a lanzar 2.5k velocity amp...(4 channel) for components…

Hey guys what's goin on? Been a while hasn't it? I know I wasn't really here a whole lot to begin with but I've been SUPER busy with everything as of late and just now have time to reacquaint myself with my computer so how's the SWVA WVA people been????? So everyone seems to be posting what they drive and such so i will tell you what i have 1990 jeep cherokee lerado 4.0 I6 I just sold the janky car audio setup i had to build another one I had a pos sony 1200 watt amp wat acually like 800rms not sure how i had it wired at 1 ohm and i had 2 12 inch kicker cvrs and 2 12 inch mtx terminators very wierd setup and looked stupid but it hit pretty good Now i have recently did the double din modification to my cherokee i am one in a few with this took me around 6 hours with an air saw and now i can fit my alpine iva w205 i know its old but i got it off craigslist in the box for 200 Now i am getting a ssa zcon 18 and a rockford 1…

Newly converted to FIcarudio products by xconcepts from caraudio i am wondering what is the min power requirement for the SSD's i will be replacing a pair JL Audio 10w3v2's in a sealed enlosure of 0.65 which are both being powered by a JL Audio 500/1 , and being unfermiliar with the FIcarudio subs , i'm wondering will a pair of 10 "SSD's work properly being connected and boxed the same way ?? The Jl's were rated 300 W each , will the amp be sufficient for these two SSD's to perform properly ? Will also be adding a pair of 10 " 2 ohm BL's each connected individually to it's own Alpine PDX 1000.1 in a ported enclosure tuned at 32 , will add P chamfer , cooling , Flatwin…

Hello all. Joining in from the Tulsa area. Vehicle is a 1987 Chevy truck with an in-work system consisting of Hybrid Audio speakers and Tru amplifiers. Just getting started competing this year, but I'm the SQ game. However I'm toying with the idea of doing a blow through setup later this year, so we'll see where that takes me. Other than the audio, the truck has an aluminum headed 383 that I built last year. HP is ~500. Also got the trans rebuilt and the rear end is scheduled to be rebuilt in July. After that, I'll be taking it to the track for some fun on occasion. I'm also hoping to get into Hot Rod magazine's Drag Week this year which begins and ends in Tulsa.

Right now I have two Kicker Comp 10's on about 484w RMS in a sealed down fire box thats about .75ft^3 per chamber. I will soon have an SSA Icon powered by an audioque 1200D in a 2.5ft^3 ported box tuned to 33htz. My two channel amp and infinity reference 6.5" components should be here soon to take care of the highs and midbass

Hi guys. I've been looking through this forum for awhile now, and i finally decided i need to start posting, learning and asking about some things on here.

Hey guys I am new to this site and I need help picking out a new sub. I currently have a alpine type r 15 and looking to get a new sub. I had a kicker zx500.1 on it but I just recently bought a Rockford T1000-1bdcp. I was looking at the Fi SSD 15 or the SSA Icon 15? Which Sub would sound better?hit harder? The sub would go in a 3.75ft box Net, tuned to 35hz.

I figured I would stop by again and check the forum out. Im trying to find information on repairing a 5.25 midrange tinsel lead. Its on a Kicker ss56.2 mid. I have the break located in a section that is under a wrap that holds lead to underside of cone. Any tips opinion or exp with a similar issue is appreciated
