I've got a saz 1500d v1, waiting on my recone for a 18" RE SX, Knu KFC 1/0, kinetik 1800 in the back gonna be getting a couple more and hopefully a h/o alt within the near future. Aaaand I gotta figure out a box. I dislike hail and CCA. Good day.

whats up guys, i found this site from a google search for fi subs.. I'm looking for the best boom for my truck. I drive a 2002 GMC sierra single cab. I have an alpine 9813 head unit, MB Quart component speakers in the doors n b pillar and a 500 watt Orion amp. I had two 12 inch PBX subs in a sealed box powered by a sony Xplod 1000 watt amp. it bumped pretty nice but I didn't like that it couldn't really be heard outside of the truck so i sold it.. I listen to rap about 95% of the time so I like earth shaking bass that knocks pictures off the wall if I'm outside your house. I don't want to cut into the bed though.. I wanted two 12's again but i was told not to have my hear…

Hi, I'm from Austin, Texas and I consider myself a car audio enthusiast. I fell in love with it the first time i heard a system which was when i was like 12. I like using these forums to find out useful information, and also see other people's experiences/builds/oppinions etc. I hope i can find good info here, and try to positively contribute.

hello all, newb in s floirda (Boca Raton) I am in the process of building my car audio system and was referenced to give FI a try for a decent SQ sub... been out of the car audio world for a bit so in the process of re-learning... at present leaning (2) 10" I drive an Xterra so would love to build a sub enclosure that sits behind the rear seats along with an amp stand...

Well there are so many things I could tell you about myself. As you notice my log in the hubby is on here too and we are in the process of building out my car....2008 Mazda Tribute. I am so excited to be competing this year in MECA. We started today by testing to see what frequency will be used. I will be keeping everyone posted with pics as well of our progress we are shooting for January 31, 2010 to be the first show I compete at. There is a lot we have to do but I have confidence we can get it done. I will be competing in S1 this season. I look forward to learning some tricks of the trade on this forum. Just wanted to check in and say hello to everybody here. Anyways.... I'm not exactly a car audiophile but I do enjoy bass. Currently running 2 sa-12s powered by 1 sax-1200d. Not much car audio going on here in Taiwan, so that means not too much help. Was hoping to learn a few things while I was here. Thx for reading!

Just wanted to say whats up to everyone and see if ne one could give me some advice or just has ne tips for me on my setup. I drive a 98 gmc jimmy with a yellop top battery and a 160 amp alternator. I have 2 voodoo 1600d class amplifiers running to two kove armageddon z 12 inch subs in a square ported box. The box is built to the specs on the kove site for two subs with no divider in the middle of the box and two square ports tuned to what the site called for. I know a lot of people on here know a lot about these subs. What I have heard is that the box for these subs should be bigger than what the site called for.Also if anyone knows where I can get the ohm on my subs cha…

Hey everyone just thought i would drop in and give a hello. I am new to the forums but not new to the game. I come from Minnesota so it's hard to find anyone who knows what FI really is. Just last year I bought a 15" Q and threw it in a 3.7 cft3, 32 hz tuned ported box and powered by a Crossfire 1000D @ 1 ohm. Really amazed at the SQ and how it can rape the lows. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and i am also looking for some nice 5.25 components.

newbie from michigan here, just getting ready to start assmebling parts for my car which is a 2003 volkswagen gti. I am looking at an eclipse cd8455 headunit or clarion drx9675z right now backed with rainbow slc 265.25 comps up front and cdt m6+ mid bass rears. I am still undecided on amps and speakers right now though and looking for input

I have a 95 HB Nissan regular cab and i'm plannin on puttin a sub in a sealed custom center console. Lookin at a 10" SSD.

What’s everyone’s experiences? Had numerous small systems but always in older cars. Seen a few posts online from random people and responses are over the place. Some are like its voids all electrical, or just the audio on the car, or the audio and if the dealer says it affected another circuit or system. Just wanting experienced audio enthusiast opinions/ experiences. It’s a 2017 Camry. Wanting to either transfer my existing stuff in( 2 JL12wo in a slot ported wedge box, jl 500.1 and the big3) or upgrade to something bigger. Pair of sa12’s on a 1500.1. Hi im new on here from maryland, im on other forums like CSO, AF.com, mys10.net and a few other forums. Figure l will post a few of my setups that i have had over the years. My first one was a set of infinity perfect 12's, a ca600, panasoic dfx-983u, mb quart discus 6x9 for the rear and a set of pioneer 2 ways up front in a toyota corolla. My second was one perfect using the other as a PA since i bured the VC on it, 2-polk ex II 12's profile ca600 and a bazooka el 500 ( it think).
