Just thought I would say hi to the forums. I'll be building a system for a '05 mustang. so any ideas on what options to pick for a btl would be handy.

i got 2 pairs of infinity kappa 6.5" components hooked up to a mtx x704, and i will have 2 12" fi Q's hooked up to a hifonics 2010D (the subs will be here tomorrow). i will be building a box and was wondering what some of you have done with your Q's. and since this sub is for sq, wouldnt a sealed enclosure be the most appropriate?

Herro, My name is James and am currently living in Japan. I'm new on here and am looking forward to purchasing a Dcon 12 in the very near future. It will be going into a Suzuki Alto Works (ported, just need to get final measurements to fit the box behind the so called rear seat). I currently have a Kenwood I-K77 HU and will be using an old school Nakamichi PA301 I have lying around (I actually have 2 lying around). It's rated for 240 watts at 2 ohms. Do you guys think the 12 will be under powered? I was thinking going with dual 10's but already have a 1 cube sealed box for a 12 that isn't being used. I was gonna use that while the sub breaks in and so I can have time to …

I spent the whole day today surfing the forums and reading all the great information posted here, and I couldnt help but join. I have been into car audio for about 8 or so years now, and have been a regular on Sound Domian about as long. Just thought I'd say hello to all of the audiophiles here. Thanks

I've been into car audio for a year and a half and i have alot of people fooled with what i do know for being into it for such a short period of time. for starters i drive a 2000 oldsmobile alero. for a deck i have a Pioneer Premier DEX-P1R, Some VR3's in the back deck... (you'll know why i went so cheap in a minute....). and a Memphis EQ50 in the dash. for the bass i have a 15" Pioneer Premier TS-W8102SPL in a crappy 2.75 cu.ft' box, (my 12th box but first 15") i redid the calculations and it's about 67 hz. lol. but regardless with the box falling apart and the car built the day before comp i hit a 139.1 at the dash (termpro) i've since built a new box thats 1.5" MDF …
