I'm not really sure what to write, so I guess I'll just do as I see fit. Me: 25 yr old engineering student who has been a car audio nut since high school. I have so many questions and ideas running through my head and I need to start organizing them. Current Setup: Non existent. However, when I get back after my summer internship in NY I will be doing some audio shopping. Currently I am just going insane with my two rear 6.5 speakers with no surround left running off a clarion DXZ785USB, which I picked up for super cheap and seemed like a neat deck. Hey guys found you off of caraudio.com forums(I think?), anyway looks like a nice site.

I forgot to do this, and started spewing my opinions all over the place. But I was confused because the sticky said "dont go around announcing your a newb" which I'm kinda doing right now. Hopefully some of you recognize the name though, I post all over the place. I also hope people realize I'm not a newb in the way that I might not know what I'm saying or talking about (should be apparent with what I say) but I'm just new here. I generally say when I dont have exact knowledge, but everything else is founded on logic. Any questions?

Made a post and didnt realize i havnt made a post after having my account for awhile lol. Anyways, 21 yr old stationed at fort drum, ny with 2 deployments. Driving a 2011 subaru impreza wrx sti, bad ass car btw. had bought my system while deployed and finally just now getting to it on installing it lol. anyways glad to be here and was recommended by a fellow member and brother in arms.

hi everyone ive been a basshead forever but just really started getting into build a "REAL" system as of right now i have 2 treo te dual 4 ohm 15's w/ a P.O.S legacy big red 1200x2 amp and sony h.u in a 76' chevy caprice. its ok for now im looking for a hifonics brutis 1200d to replace the trash i have now. but my system and car are a work in progress .ive been looking around on here and have been in amazement at sum things and i think this is a good place to feed my BASS addiction lol

I am back as I had originally bought a Sundown 100.4 on the very first run for my RSX which I had hooked up to DLS components. I really thought I had made an account here back then. Well I then, sold the RSX. I then put an Audison amp, focal components and focal subs in my next car, a 1995 Porsche 993. That car was stolen over the summer. So now I am back to looking at putting some left over parts that I hadn't sold into my current S2000. Now to look through some builds to see the cool stuff people are currently building.

Hi all, greetings from La Selva Beach CA! I have been into high end audio since my teens which was quite some time ago lol. I just purchased a Lexus GS 300 with the most God awful audio system imaginable so I am putting together a new system. I have chosen an Alpine CDE-175BT head unit, an old school A/D/S PQ 10 four channel amp, a pair of NOS A/D/S 300is panel speakers for the rear deck and a pair of 6.5 in JBL GTO 629 speakers for the front doors. I have not had anything installed yet and I am in the processs of locating a competent installer to do the work as the rear deck speakers will be a custom install due to there being no prior speakers ever installed there. hi ssa im eric i have a 01 ford f150 supercab i want to get a 10" fi ssd or a 12" with a ported box not sure yet....i havent measured my back seat yet.... anyone know of some good cheap/reliable amps to power it im going to get flatwind coil and bp on whichever one too..... thanks
