been here a few times.. regular on ROE,heard you guys where more sq/LSQ oriented.........

New to the forum been lurking a little bit so I decided to join, so hello everyone. Don't know that much joined to learn more about car audio. My current set is KDC-BT952hd, KAC-9105d. and two cvx's in my s10.

I forgot to do this, and started spewing my opinions all over the place. But I was confused because the sticky said "dont go around announcing your a newb" which I'm kinda doing right now. Hopefully some of you recognize the name though, I post all over the place. I also hope people realize I'm not a newb in the way that I might not know what I'm saying or talking about (should be apparent with what I say) but I'm just new here. I generally say when I dont have exact knowledge, but everything else is founded on logic. Any questions?

whats goin on everybody, im sorta new to car audio but in the past 6 months ive gotten REALLY into it, i have 2 1000w 12"inch jbl gti series subs that knock heads, im pushing about 2.5 watts out my setup. what about u guys

I got sucked into it by my much older brother who was an installer back in the 80's and early 90's and had a love for it way before I could drive. I got out of it all together for several years when I started a family and then dove back in a couple years a go when I started building up my 06 Sierra to go to shows. Just joined up, look forward to checking out some builds and starting my own hopefully near spring time. Planning on a 15" FI SSD on a BRZ 1200 for now. Still debating my budget for the mids and mids amp. Can't wait to start my build and see others share theirs!

I found this site while researching the effects of impedance rise. I am working on building a system and trying to learn at the same time. I am buying a HDC3 15, my box is 4.5 cubes tuned to 38 hertz, kerfed port with 74.25 inches of port. I have a Hifonics 2010D amp 1/0 gage wire (double runs). Still have a ways to go, but like i said trying to learn.
