I have been in car audio for 6-7 years and have had at least 15-16 sytems. My current system is 3 RL-I10's in a custom built box powered by a alpine pdx 1.1000. I also have a pdx 4.100 for my mids and highs. I am glad to be here. But i have some sad news...i was laid off in mid november and i might have to start parting out my system to keep paying my bills. I will be posting pics of my system soon Matt

ok so I guess I should've made this my 1st post but I didn't scroll far enough down to see all the "new here" posts. oh well. anyways I'm Jason. I have a 2003 chevy avalanche. new to forums but not to SSA. I have 2 12in icons currently. but I'm planning on changing my whole system around. originally I planed for more sq. but it's just not loud enough for me. sooooo I'm still in the planning stage. but I've almost got it figured out.

Hello I'm definitely new to the whole forum deal but am told this is THE best place to learn about car audio. I am wanting to learn as much as possible in order to better myself in the car audio industry and make this hobby into a life style! Extremely eager to learn as much as possible from people that already know their bizz. Tired of ignorant arrogant people that just get mad at you for being wrong. I would rather be told I'm wrong and why I'm wrong that way I can learn from it and further better myself in this fast growing industry. hey guys. new to this forum, not new to the world. im over on floridaspl.com as well. i just recently came over to give my 2 cents on a little disagreement some of your "tech masters" had on a malibu build. a bit about me. i started competing sometime in late 2009. in 2010 i managed to win florida state finals, southeast regionals, and took 2nd place at world finals for the 120-129.9 bass race class. i currently have 4 hertz spl show 15"s in a wall, powered by #22 of 50 DD Z-SE as a substage. my front stage consists of 2 sets of hertz hsk 165 xls, and 2 spl show 8"s powered by a hertz ep-4x. by no means the best, but its a solid work in progress, and one of these days i'l…

Hello everyone Long time viewer first time post lol here to learn new things and here to get LOUD

New poster to the forum. I was away from car audio for 12 years or so but I gave in to the bug again in the last 6 months. I am shopping for a new sub at this time. Waiting on the GCON to be re-released, as I have been looking at many different subs and it seems to be the best fit in my price range. I bought a JL 12w3 last year but my car audio rust was showing, as I bought it on ebay and it blew with no abuse. Now I am looking to do it right this time and landed here at SSA.
