Hey everyone, new guy here from NJ. I've been lurking around here for the past couple of days reading through a wealth of information that is available here. Working on a new system for my '99 F150 extended cab. So far I have: Pioneer Avic D3 DLS M6 components (old magnesium ones) Zapco 750.2 (possibly for a sub amp) KnuKonceptz 1/0 wiring Second Skin Damplifier for doors waiting on delivery. I've been surfing around looking for a new amp for my front components and a new sub.

Hi everyone, my name is Brian and I am from central Illinois. I have been into car audio since I was 16 and am now 31. I currently have a 99 Mazda Millenia S with Soundstream Van Gogh amps, ID components and IDMax subs. My wife also has a system in her 06 Escape. It has Alpine Type R comps and Type R 10's with MA Audio amps and Pioneer Premier head. I also have a 92 Tbird Supercoupe that has had about 6 or 7 different configurations in it. I love doing this and don't see myself ever stopping! I am glad I stumbled across this forum and am looking for a nice change from the dramafest that is carsound.com.

Sorry I came to the board a few days ago, so a little late here. I am a new owner of a SI sub and US Amps so was directed to this site! Very cool!

hello just wanted to join such a good forum for enthusiasts and pros alike. I have been installing for about five years now and currently working on my mecp master certification. a friend (erotomania) and coworker shot me over to this forum after we had a dispute over a box design. and I was surprised and excited at the amount of experience and talent here after hearing about this ite for so long and not actually visiting.(I now owe him $5) and would like to contribute any way i can. see y'all later. Just wanted to say hi to all. I just pulled the trigger on a refurb saz1500 on ebay for 400. Been looking at the amp for over a year now( I take a long time to make money decisions!). It will replace my audiobahn a3201t running at 840 rms @4 ohms. Actually a very good amp, it pushed my 4 sealed mtx thunder 5500 10's to 140.7. I'll be moving th AB to my front stage, and freeing up my 6 channel for other duties .

I am on a mission to do a SQ type install in my Trans Am and have been following lots of links to this site and wanted to read more than the opening post I have an Eclipse 7200MKII head unit, this weekend I will be installing a set of Pioneer 720PRS components running active, just made a purchase for 2 FI Q12s D2 subs. Hey guys hows it going? Im in the process of building my system. I have a 18"BTL fully loaded and a Kicker kx2500.1, lots of 1/0 wire, 2 optimas and some other goodies. This is all going in the back of my ext cab chevy bagged on 22's. The box is going to be 7.2 cubic feet tuned to 31 hz...Ill get some pics up as soon as i get the sub and amp (in the process of being shipped) and some pics of the box build. Hey everyone. I'm new to this forum. Found it while surfing on Fi's website. Just purchased two 12" SSD's and I am stoked to get them. The first system I had was definitely a newb setup but it worked out for the six months that I had it. I had 2 12" RF P1's, a Profile 1000w amp, and a pioneer deck - cant remember what model off hand. The box was a sealed box that had a space in the middle for the amp to sit and had a neon light above it that turned on when I opened the trunk. Anyways, can't wait to get started on my new system and looking forward to being a part of this forum.
