Hello , my name is Mike i recently moved to Va from Mi i have always been into great sounding audio car or home.I have been browsing these forums recently and i realy enjoy them.So the time has come to put a system into my car , i have always wanted to do so but funds were just not there.Well now that i got my sh*t togather i am ready to jump in head first.So i am hoping to educate myself a bit more thanks to these forums.Over the next month i will be purchasing my system piece by piece aswell as discussing my choices and asking for opinions.

Old school audio fan finally getting some beats put back into the ride. Looks like theres a lot of crap out there so I'll be needing some help looking for the good stuff. We have started a Car Audio News and Reviews Website. So far we don't have vendor support which is obviously key. We designed the site so that vendors can post new product information directly to the front page of the site. They do that at no cost to them. We would also like to review their product. (We are willing to pay for return shipping.) It is difficult to get started for two reasons. Visitors will not come if you have little content, and vendors will not advertise unless you have visitors. So we're asking both parties to come and take part. It will benefit us all. hey i just joined up here, joined about 1 week ago at caraudio-forum.com, and been a member at roe.com for about a year. my system (which i will put in my sig.) is an Alpine cda9856, 30g ipod, 2 alpine type r d4 12"s in a 1.49cu. ft. per chamber vented enclosure, knukoncepts 1/0 power/ground wire and sundown audio saz 1500d @ 1ohm. after i get it hooked up an see how my voltage does i will be purchasing a trunk battery as well. the only electrical upgrades i have are 80 amp alt. (stock 65amp) and a duralast gold 1000ca (stock 650ca) battery under the hood. this is all in a black on black w/ chrome trim 1986 lincoln towncar sig. series.

Hi everyone, my name is Brian and I am from central Illinois. I have been into car audio since I was 16 and am now 31. I currently have a 99 Mazda Millenia S with Soundstream Van Gogh amps, ID components and IDMax subs. My wife also has a system in her 06 Escape. It has Alpine Type R comps and Type R 10's with MA Audio amps and Pioneer Premier head. I also have a 92 Tbird Supercoupe that has had about 6 or 7 different configurations in it. I love doing this and don't see myself ever stopping! I am glad I stumbled across this forum and am looking for a nice change from the dramafest that is carsound.com.
