Obv new to forum. been doing car audio for a fe years now, but now im starting to hit the forum and really try and do some build so soak up the knowledge! Current setup fpor sake of 99 jeep grand cherokee concept hpn 1500 skar vvx 15 d4 wired at 2 ohms (soon to be 2 ) box is 3.2 cubes tuned at 32 hz big 3 hasnt been done termlab is 137.5 looking forward to bein on here and talkin to you people!

Finally singing in, after watching the forums for a while! Not a total audio whiz, so I hope to learn some and maybe even share some during my stay! As far as where I'm at with audio, I'm between subwoofers at the moment, I fried my RE SXX d2 15" a couple of months ago (I knew it would happen eventually) because A: it was on a RF T1500BDCP, and B: I wanted to push it way lower than box-tuning (damn you Decaf!!!). Having a prefab box (3.5 cubes at "36hz"), even if it was a nicer one, didn't really help either... So, you could maybe even say that it was my NEED for MORE BASS ( as in wanting an even more badass driver) that drove me to keep pushing my lil RE friend till …

hey, my name is trey, iv been into car audio for the past three or four years now and ready to go big. In the past iv had rockford and audiobahn stuff as well as alpine. Ill be installing in a 2006 mustang with a very difficult trunk. Looking for some people with a little experience with mustangs My Setup with be either a 12" FI Bl or the 12" FI Q... looking to power it with an old school orion amp that was benchmarked at 1325watts rms. so i just join this forum a lil while ago and ive been working on car audio for a while so i know a bit but im still learning alot. ive got a pretty decent system with 2 clarion 10" subs (kevlar) and a jbl gto 601.1 and for my speakers ive got a alpine v power amp with high pass filters built in. ive also got a nice new clarion head unit that im abolutly in love with. will post a video later

I sold my suv and went back to my single cab. But can't decide what to put in it. I was thinking two icon 12 in a banpass with a port through, but have not seen anyone try icons in a banpass yet. Will I be the first?

Good Morning Bass Heads. I'm new to the forum (obviously), been lurking for about a year now, finally signed up. I'm a big fan of Incriminator Audio and their website led me here the first time. Plans include buying an 04 Touareg (possibly this coming weekend) and dumping it. Can't decide on what to put in it yet. I can hook up a basic car stereo and all of its parts but my knowledge on the whole subject of car audio is lacking. That's why I'm here.

Hi, I just ran across this forum and it seemed like a great place to set up shop and get back into the audiophile swing of things. I'm from lexington, Ky and I'm trying to catch up on everything I've missed in the industry over the past few years. Had a really bad experience getting my system jacked and decided to take a few steps back, still makes me steamed thinking there may be someone around here bumping my Brahma, not knowing really what this crazy sub is...
